Disappointing Service and Lack of Accommodation at Wendy'sI recently visited Wendy's, expecting the quick service and customer care that they advertise. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Not only was the staff unable to provide a receipt for my purchase, but they also showed no initiative to resolve the issue so I could get reimbursed, which was necessary for my expense reporting.The lack of a simple receipt might seem trivial, but it is a basic aspect of service and record-keeping that I find essential, especially when dining for business purposes. Furthermore, the staff's indifference to accommodate a solution left me feeling undervalued as a customer. This experience has seriously diminished my view of Wendy's, and I am hesitant to return or recommend this location to others.A receipt is a fundamental part of a transaction, and the inability to provide one, coupled with a lack of effort to rectify the situation, is unacceptable for any establishment, let alone one from a well-known chain. I hope Wendy's will address these service issues promptly to improve the experience for future customers.

Okay, so I am not a fast food guy generally speaking, but this Wendy's is awesome. Even with long lines, the wait time is quick and the food (yes, even the fries) are good and hot. I heard that they have some sort of inmate reintegration work program with the local jail...maybe someone can confirm that...but whatever it is they are doing, 5 stars all the way around. Plus Wendy's just has the best fast food menu in general. I especially appreciate the baked potato and various salad options when a burger/sandwich is just not what I want.

Avoid this location at all costs. I pulled up on a Sunday and was behind for cars. Literally didn't move for 14 minutes. I was about to pull out when the line finally moved. I had a really simple order a Junior bacon cheeseburger since I have a reputation of mixing orders up. I looked while I was at the window to make sure it had ketchup and mustard, which I did I didn't realize till I pulled out of the line that it was not a Junior bacon cheeseburger after all. They keep the whole dining area locked, and by this time they were about nine more cars in line so there was absolutely no way I could get it corrected. I don't know why they have such a hard time serving customers and why they have to keep the place locked up that I will not be back.

Had to wait to order, no chili, left.Madison in general is going downhill potholes and faded street paint—wutcha get for being obsessed with no signs, buried electric, overly extravagant interchanges and cell tower masquerades.[⭐⭐⭐_ _ ? review]Last week’s chili was watered down and luke warm, the single was okay (typical wendy’s no char ~kinda~ warm ?) but swimming in that white nasty (forgot to ask that’s on me). The service, AC, frosty and atmosphere was fine.[⭐⭐_ _ _ old review tagged as “6 years ago” on Mon., 21-Aug-2023]The Madison Wendy's is back to their old scam. Wendy's has a 10% discount if you're at least 55, and for about a year it rang up correctly at the Madison Wendy's, just like it does at every other Wendy's. But the last two orders at Madison, they only took off 10% of the last item on the ticket! :-O Subtotal: $4.58, so who's pocketing my 46¢ - 16¢ = 30¢?? They are, obviously!! With that kind of crooked accounting, this Wendy's owner probably voted for Trump, too! :-DParking: Parking lot was pitch dark. ?
