This place raised the standard for wendys for me, the fries are always fresh and salted and the burgers are always hot and fresh. I cant think of a time i have had messed up order. I recommend this

If it had a zero, I would give them a damn zero, it's really sad when u spend your money and you get trash food, if you dnt want to work or give out the correct food, dnt come to work, my order was right on the receipt but wrong in the bag, fish sandwich was over loaded with tartar sauce that I couldn't even eat it, the fries in the bad was so old, and over salted, it was not eatable at all, the potato was so old it was brown, and they over flowed it with cheese to cover it being old, they gave us a extra burger that was not even supposed to be in the bag, and we was short a fry, and they gave us 5 drinks when it only suppose to been 4, smh... we come to this location at least once a week, this is by far the worst services I ever had.

I came by for a quick lunch today ordered the 4 for 4 meal. My fries were overcooked and cold, there was only 2 nuggets in my 3 piece, and the Jr. burger was 2 flat pieces of bread with a shot of ketchup, a piece of cheese and a huge slice of raw onion. NO MEAT. The only reason I didn't go back was because I was on lunch break and didn't have time to drive back over there. It's my fault, I should have checked everything before l left or just never gone there. I'm not mad.. Just very disappointed.

I want to first off start by saying that as a former employee and fellow service industry worker I am disappointed in the interactions I have at this particular location. With the bad out weighing the good; from burnt bacon, messing up UN-Modified orders, early dine in closing hours to the rude manager closing on February 21,2024 puts a terrible taste in my mouth about my neighborhood Wendy’s. I truly hope you all find the excitement again In providing quality service. It’s fast food not fast and rude.
Tonight, The lady at the window was very rude and condescending…I asked her for sauce and when I checked my bag beforehand I didn’t see it in there (my mistake I admit), but her attitude was so unnecessary. She was like “you asked for one with sauce, and one without. Now do you want more sauce??” “Yesss??” And nodded her head to indicate like she was talking to me like I was stupid or slow or something. Before this, I was calling her at the window trying to get her attention about it, and even sat there and was being patient while she took someone else’s order, but I could tell she was ignoring me on purpose.

This is the worst Wendy’s I ever been too and I honestly see why it has a 1 rate. My fries and nuggets was old, I told the general manager and her response was “this ain’t old!” I told her I want something fresh. After I ask for something fresh she snatch the bag aggressively. I never seen nothing like it and it is by far the worst management I have seen.
