Horrible! No customer service skills. Need a manager who has some kind of real experience with customers. I wish I didn't have to put a star at all

Service: The call Center was horrible because of their poor communication service. On Wednesday Aug 22, I called in for an order for pizza and it was answered by a foreign person. This is where things go totality wrong. We wanted to get a classic crust large pizza for $7.99. The guy on the other end of the line couldn't even understand English and messed up our order. So, instead of getting the classic large crust, we ended up receiving the medium pan pizza for a dollar more (which was NOT what we ordered). We had to go through a hassle to get a refund for the pizza and wait for them to correct the pizza. On the bright side, the manager did fix the issue. The girl also said that the calls do go to there calling system which is out state (something that I didn't knew) In conclusion, the calling system was a COMPLETE joke.

I called this location to place some orders for several coworkers and myself. Upon advising the woman who answered the call that I had multiple orders, her response was "Jesus!".....apparently taking 6 separate lunch orders was too much trouble. She audibly and very noticably did not want the business. Shortly after calling on the Lord she advised that they could not deliver if each order was not over $10 which is not a policy, but rather a manager's decision. Here's the kicker....there was only 1 order under $10. The other 5 orders were upward of $15+, but she never let me get past the 1st order. AND....they've delivered here before. I personally won't give this location anymore business, and I would suggest some customer service training for the woman who didn't want to take my order.

We had Pizza and wings. Both were good. Did not take long. Overall GREAT! I would recommend this for anybody!

Pizza hut, oh pizza hut. I have been eating pizza from here since I was a small kid. We used to look forward to the evenings that we could get carry out or delivery of our favorite savory pie. And to this day, when I come home to mom and dad typically make a Pizza Hut run. Tonight, we decided to make our typical Pizza Hut run, and it led me to this review just minutes after eating my (delicious) slice. Mom ordered our two medium two-topping pizzas around 7 PM on a Friday evening. We waited the appropriate 15 minutes before making our way to a very busy establishment for a quick pick-up before we can chow down. But wait, they don't have a record for our order? Uh oh. And the cashier informs my mom that we (customers for 20+ years) are not even in their system. When asked to turn the screen to see, indeed, there is our name and address, staring her in the face. Ok, fine. No record of order. Ok fine, no record of long-time customers. Obviously something that is clear to us was not clear to them. We then re-placed our order in a mumbled fashion. Saying what we wanted did not easily input into their system. The cashier tonight must have been new because she did not have the expertise to enter our order and collect payment (with coupon, to be fair). So another 5 minutes later, we're all ready to wait another 20 minutes for our dinner. We went across the street to pass the time and came back 10 minutes later. At 20 minutes, we promptly went in to see a status. At this very latter stage (an hour after our original order time), our pizza was ready for PICK-UP. The only saving grace for this evening was that they made one of our medium pizzas into a large. Unfortunately for us, we are Pizza Hut lovers and will return to this establishment expectant of more dismal service.
