We waited in line 30 minutes and Starla (a manager) came to the window and said their computers keep going down and she couldn’t give us our food. When we asked for her managers name, she walked off! Totally unprofessional! Adrian, however, came to the window and gave us our food and apologized for her actions. Starla clearly doesn’t know how to handle pressure or be professional. If it weren’t for Adrian, we would NOT patronize there anymore!

I visited on Veterans Day to get free Signature Chicken Sandwich. Veteran’s were required to download app and then have coupon scanned. This is a bit much especially for older Veterans who really don’t get into apps etc. I had trouble pulling up coupon and the young lady who assisted also couldn’t find it to download. It didn’t appear in my app. The general manager (Lynn) stated that this had been an issue all day and she had to comp the sandwich.The service was impeccable as Fara and Kennedy were awesome. They greeted everyone with a smile and were extremely friendly and helpful. This is what you call excellent customer service!!!!The atmosphere is great! It’s very cozy; nice and clean. It seems it must be u see new management because the last I visited, which has been awhile, the dining area wasn’t very neat and clean. It seems Lynn is also doing a wonderful job and should be commended.I really enjoyed my visit and highly recommended this location. Oh, and all the food taste great!!! ?Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs!

You ugly mfs are soooo slow and irritating! Order wrong, had to pull in a spot and wait 10 minutes… I repeated my order TWICE just to make SURE you HEARD ME! Madison throw the entire Zaxbys away… they ghetto as hell, rude, and slow anyways. Makes the area “look” bad as well! Smh!

I order a wings and things and also boneless wings combo .. the wings on the wings and thing were absolutely cold and old !! I didn’t even have enough fries i had be three four fries on my plate !! My fries was old on the boneless combo !!The customer service was good but the food was terrible.
