The onion rings were absolutely terrible. The fries were old and cold but they kindly replaced them with hot and fresh ones. Stilled earned a four because of customer service and the burgers were made fresh and tasted great!

Got our orders wrong. Not one, all of them. Burnt buns. Very rude. Never going to Burger King again. Gave only one star because there was nothing lower.Parking: Asked us to move to wait on our order. There was no place to move to.

The food is delicious, Service is excellent & Ms. Katt the general manager is on point on everything so is everyone working with her.. If you want great service, great food and a best management, please. Come to Burger King, it is very worth it, You will not be disappointed.

Clean clean place food was perfect not to little not to much of anything one of the best burger king's I been to in a long time. Foods not old not over cooked really surprised how great the place was in every way . Great place .

You have gotta be kidding me. Tried to place my order 3 times! They kept saying "welcome to Burger King, May I take your order " Decided to drive to the window *told them what I wanted and they said I couldn't order thru the window I'd have to drive around. I didn't dare tell them that I couldn't order because I'd just had tried, and their speaker apparently wasn't working!!! So I said no thanks I'll just leave! And I left. Of course they didn't care, just less that they have to do. The poor people who own this franchise have to be losing their butts! How stupid can they get . Finally they get a customer and they get no service. No wonder they have no business

Servers were friendly, helping me redeem a virtual gift card. They were extremely busy and some of the customers did make their job a bit difficult.Tables a bit dirty but few people were dining in.

Every time I try to order shakes from Burger King, their machine is always down, and it doesn't matter which one I'm at. Even out of state, I go through the same issue. Step it up, Burger King! If you can't fix your shake machines, quit advertising on it then.

It was one of our better fast food experiences recently. Got our burgers the way we wanted, and the fries were hot and cooked right.

It had been awhile since I had a Whopper. It was tasty, fresh burger. I like the pickle and oinions they use. Service was friendly and everything came out warm. Very good experience, glad I came back to the King.

I ordered with the BK app and headed to pick up my order. The store didn't seem order online and after a minute they help me realize that I was 30 miles from the store that had order. Disappointed and ? to my surprise the management at the store gave me the order and honored that the order was paid for. That is what I call customer service to the fullest. Thank you every one for making my night better than it was after a long and frustrated day at work. The BEST!!! OH, and it was super fresh too.

I'm not sure what was occurring around lunch but counter staff were instructed to not take any orders for about 5 minutes. Finally the older man in front of me was able to order then she told me it would be a few minutes before she could take mine. Fries were hot and fresh, my sandwich was good but had a large chunk of lettuce as for a salad rather than a leaf or shred for a sandwich.
