For someone that has never eating here until today April 21,2024 & the registrar girl doesn't know the product but a customer behind me explained what is was makes me hesitate to ever return. Ordered a 2 peice with okra.... got a 3 peice & potato. Ordered a 5 peice tender with slaw got potatoes & I was really looking forward to trying the okra. So will I go back.... I don't know but I Will check the order if I ever do. Poor upfront counter service when you people don't know the menu & I have to ask for my drink cups.... Disappointed to say the lease!

This location is open until 10pm and they close the inside at 7:30pm. The drive throw lines are long and the service is slow. They don't give you the correct orders. You have drive back through the drive throw to get the correct items. This is awful. This is the last time I eat here.
Omg. They have started serving BBQ Pigeon ! The leg was SMALLER than my THUMB.09/2023 Update ..... the BBQ Pigeons Are gone; Thank goodness !!! My 3pc Dark today was juicy & delicious !!! But SERVICE was non existent with ONLY 2 walk in customers & 1 at the drive thru. ?

It was so good and fresh. Nice clean place.Parking: Easy access to parking lot two entries. Lots of spots to park.Wheelchair accessibility: Is handicap accessible. Lots of room to move a wheelchair around
Good place for some good chicken, my fave is the spicy chicken sandwich combo and i have never waited more than 5 minutes ?Only giving 4 stars because the"Jalapeño cheddar bombers" are EMPTY every time.
I tried the Bourbon Black Pepper Smokehouse meal. 1/2 chicken w/mashed potatoes and medium drink. Don't expect the chicken to be large. I would consider this for one adult. The taste was a little sweet with a little spicy touch. The entire portion was tender. The breast was just a little tough, just a tad. They are cooking both dark and white at the same time. Nevertheless I would purchase again. Cost a little more than 3 piece meal.

Nobody in line chicken fresh they a good family deal 12 dark pieces two large sides for around 25 bucks and bistic yeah I know I spelt it wrong but who cares it's understandable so good will be back soon feed five peopleParking: Tho it sits off the interstate when get there parking is a Lili limit but no problem they get u in and out fast love itWheelchair accessibility: If you had to use a wheelchair easy to get in or out no problemo
