We made an online order, we drove 20 minutes to get there. Then my husband stood there waiting 11/2 hours. People were coming and going getting there food. A black lady spoke up on his behalf and said this man been waiting on his food 1 1/2 hours. They then say they lost the order after he had been done told them his name and order number several times.I swore we’d never go back. They today I ordered a 4 piece meal deal for $12.99. To share with a friend. It should have came with a breast, thigh, wing and leg. Well, get up to window she said they were out of breast and thighs. So I get 2 legs and 2 wings. Who’s gonna get filled up with that? Absolutely no meat to fill a bird up. I got no discount or nothing. They could have threw an extra leg in there to make up for the missing breast and thigh. Plus I had to wait in line over 30 minutes. I’m done. KFC never makes you wait and they always got it together!

I normally go out of town to Poyeyes. But this afternoon I decided to go to my local Popeyes in McComb,MS this time. I purchased two tackle boxes. When I say it was crunchy and fresh! It was just that. Shout out to Shawanda for personally make sure it was. I will definitely go back on the days she works.

The most depressing place in mccomb. Staffed by passive aggressive children from management on down. Only Kathleen and Faith are wonderful human beings. The rest seem to hate their jobs and it shows.
Went through the drive through to pick up someones order for door dash as I am a dasher (delivery driver) and the manager that was operating drive through headset caught an attitude with me and said I'm not talking to you with the rudest attitude I would like disciplinary actions to be taken because this is not the first time this has happened. Also store is infested with small food roaches
