Very disappointed. I placed a pick up order for me and my family as we drove from GA to LA for a funeral. My order was 1 hour late from the time given online. We still had another 2.5 hours to go. I have no idea how the food tastes because I'm STILL WAITING. This entire experience added unnecessary stress to an already highly stressful situation.

My food was okay but my friend's nachos were burnt so the waiter took it back. There was no apology or any offer to recook it or anything. I also watched the bartender stick her whole bare hands into the jar of olives and put them inside a customer's cocktail...that was very disgusting.

I ordered a half rack of baby back ribs . We drove to pick it up gave a tip for our trip. The ribs were bbq bones no meat . The very . Little meat was like eating bbq dry hay with sauce . It was horrible. Total waste of our drive and 24. Dollars.

After a long day driving from one side of the country to the other I saw the sign for Chili's and thought ahhh nice relaxing and fun atmosphere and not in a car hunched over the wheel eating a burger. This Chili's experience was great. The food was good and Charlotte our server was really nice.
