If I could give notice stars I would! This had to be the worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant! When I tell you from the minute, I pulled up at the speaker to the minute I pulled out of the parking lot. It was a complete disaster then after throwing away $32 worth of food because the girl did something to my food when I called Corporate, they didn’t even help. I will be taking this to social media and I will keep telling people all about this experience until it gets resolved! I am still in complete shock that a company can actually get away with taking somebody’s money getting the food back and not refunding it now wonder why the attitudes were so bad at this store because the corporation is standing behind ugly. Never in my life have I ever been treated with such disrespect? My family nor I will NEVER go back to this location let alone this concept. I hate to admit, however this has forever traumatized me to where I will never look at this company the same.

Food was hot and fresh. Customer service was ok. I don't expect fast food employees to be overly friendly, but if a customer is actually kind and has manners with you; reciprocate.
Everything was good ?! The food was good, the place was clean even the bathroom. Wife and I enjoyed the evening ☺ ?.

Just had the most pleasant experience at the drive thru. The two staff who helped us were extremely pleasant and the person in front of us had paid for our meal when we got to the window. I could tell the employee thought it was as nice as we did.

When I got my food not only was it cold but it was not put together correctly. Now I don't know if it was KFC or the delivery person but it was a complete MESS. I wish I could these pictures I took.
