I had lunch at this location last week. Upon arrival, the hostess greeted us with a jovial smile. The waitress (I think her name was Brittany) was very attentive & checked on the table to see if anything else was needed. Brian, the restaurant manager stopped by the table as well. He seemed interested in what I thought about my meal. I had the loaded potato appetizer. They were seasoned, cheesy and hot! I ordered the chicken tenders meal with green beans & broccoli. The tenders weren't fried too hard & tasted great! My broccoli wasn't too soft, I don't like mushy broccoli. It had a fresh crunch with good seasoning as well. The green beans didn't taste like they were dumped out of a can straight onto my plate. I was very pleased with my entire meal... Including the sweet tea that didn't need any added sugar stirred in. I always appreciate good food, excellent customer service & a clean environment. All of which I experienced at Logan's in Meridian, MS!

Logans was a Birthday dinner spot for 8 of my friends.The hostess was rude we waited 1 hour and never got a table,the people working there need training on how to deal with the public.They were very unprofessional and my group was not the only people who had a bad experience. This Logans need help my group never got seated we left and went another restaurant.

Walked into the steakhouse no one acknowledged us standing there while they were talking amongst themselves for several minutes, was finally asked how many, no smiles or anything, was finally sat a booth, server and a trainee showed up no problems there, the problem was the employees at the back of the restaurant were extremely loud and cussing as if no one was in the there, one getting off came around the back of hollering to back at others right behind my head, a couple of ladies were sat down towards the back with all the noise they were got up and left and said going to another restaurant. Whoever is the trainer for the employees need to teach them what a smile is and to keep the conversation low and to a minimum, nothing wrong with having fun at work but that was ridiculous, didn’t even finish eating, got to go boxes and brought our food home, definitely won’t be back, and I worked in the industry for several years and working with the public.

We had a frustrating experience.The water tasted like soap so we told the waitress and asked for bottled water, for which were charged. We ordered wine and a salad. The salad came out quickly but we had no tableware. We waited 10 minutes looking at our salads but unable to eat them. We received our wine after we were nearly finished eating our salads. The steaks tasted good but were grissley. I would not have complained about the food. It was OK. The service was awful, but even that would not have caused us to complain. We never complain! The straw that broke the camel's back was the music. It was so loud we had to scream at each other to hear.This was Sunday afternoon after church. We had driven a long way and wanted to relax and enjoy a meal. That was not our experience. And btw, the wine we set selected was in the menu at $10/ glass. We were charged $13. The waitress was doing her best I think, and we gave her a 20% tip. We will not be visiting this store or any Logsn Roadouse locations again.

Me and my wife are traveling and we decided to try Logan’s road house, As we checked in at front counter hostess asked if high top would be ok, I replied I’d rather be at a table or booth. And she had an Attitude with head shaking on the no high top. She then took us to a rather large corner table in the bar area, I then asked for a booth or table. She said it’s gonna be a long wait for one of them, then I replied I seen 10 plus open and she still refused to seat us because it would over work the waiters in them areas. I said we will go elsewhere and she said “ok them “ as we started to walk out and I asked again about all the open tables and then the for the manager. He said he could then seat us if we still like and re regurgitated her story of over working staff in that empty area because of one large party. I will never step foot in one of these restaurants ever!!!!! Did try the food or get past the entry area terrible service. UpDATE 9 pm got a 22 oz NY strip steak, 3-11-24 update - we decided to go to outback just down the toad and it was awesome hostess , waitress and food 100% the steak photos are outback steak house
