I usually am reviewing and am happy!! Different this time! I am VERY Disappointed with McAlister here in Meridian. Weeks ago right before Christmas, I ordered the “Chicken &Avocado Southwest Salad”. Iwas on a lunch break, so I had to hurry back. When I finally sat down to eat, there was NO Chicken!! That was the 1st incident. The 2nd one just happened couple weeks later on the 30th they had a breech within their credit card system. My card was on of the accts affected. They said their “IT person “ was working/fixing the incident that it would be worked out. Well, it’s NOT worked out, and they trying to just hand it off on my bank. NO!! Handle The Issue, return my $!!

I normally don't give super high stars to chain restaurants but they were so nice here and it is very clean inside. I appreciate the awesome customer service and our family all enjoyed the food on our trip. Thank you!

This location can be hit or miss. The food and service can be great! Or just barely adequate. When it's great, I love the place. When it isn't, I wonder why I keep coming back. And it needs a good cleaning from top to bottom. The last time I was there, there was trash on the floor and our table had food stuck on it.

I went on 9/2 for lunch. It was horrible. The gave me a dry veggie potato with hardly any cheese. I poured my veggie chili on it only to realize my broccoli was molded. So, I ate the brownie and tea for lunch. I called back to speak with a manager. Britney was less than pleasant and hung up on me when I asked for the store manager and corporate info.
The roast beef sandwich was terrible! I had previously ate the roast beef sandwich in Mc Comb Ms, it was so good you didn't need to dip it at all. This sandwich had a twang to it; and some fat and even gristle. We paid over $40.00 for 2 salads. Now I know why my wife wants to cook at home.

We always love to eat here. Food is always great as is the service.
I had a family member of mine get a sandwich from here that was way bad. It had ground avocado that was mushed and brown looking on half the sandwich and the meat was really watery. I have never heard of a place ever sending food out that was that bad. I think that something needs to be done and they need to watch their sandwich stuff way closer. I really don't like hearing bad things happen from such good food places. Please fix this and make it better for others thank you.
