Ordered Doordash. Steak was so good but the sautéed mushrooms were outstanding and so tasty. Fries were really crispy and good tasting. Salad was good. But the cake tower was disappointing. Soda came watery.

Everything about this visit was amazing. Our drinks never got empty, fresh bread was constantly brought. Our orders were cooked to perfection. No long wait on food to come out. Everything went smooth and exceeded expectations

Drinks 15 minutes to get, came out w/Blooming onion w/ a fried hair in it. Don't worry, they brought us another 1 extra toasty! And even told us we did not have to pay for the first one! Ceasars salad had a tomatoes in it.... Over an hour later, food came out dry & not very good. Food all over floors, no additional discount. Would not recommend!
Our waitress Amy was awesome! Very sweet and attentive. The Bartender for the night was Erika, her drinks were amazing. I had the black cherry flavored drink and my husband had the patron margarita. For dinner I had the surf and turf and my husband had the New York strip. Everything was cooked to perfection.

My group, and I which consisted of eight people, went to outback Steakhouse Saturday around 6 pm. We had to wait over an hour and 15 minutes to get a table. They told us they were not reserve a table unless we accepted the 20% automatic charge For gratuity . It took them forever to get our table. Once we did get a table, it took them. 18 minutes to get our drinks. After an hour and 15 minutes, we finally got our food. Pretty much everybody at the table was unanimous in the opinion of the dishes we ordered. the steak was so tough. They couldn’t eat it. I ordered shrimp and chicken pasta and it was so salty and tough. I couldn’t eat it. That was edible was the bread. Then when they brought us our checks, the gratuity was already charged into the bill yet they still tried to get us to tip on the ticket. Sadly, none of us would recommend outback steakhouse. The attitude of the workers along with the poor service and food quality leaves us no choice, but to leave a bad review. But perhaps it will help someone not make the same mistake we did.

I order takeaway. I was placed on hold for 11 minutes and someone hung up. After I called back the same takeaway guy stated that I had to wait 1 hour to place an order. After finally getting my order. There was no condiments that came with the order, I even offered to pay extra , the waiter said he would just bring it. Still no condiments. A couple minutes later he asked specifically how many did I need ? I said 2 BUT he still only brought 1. I told him the issue and it was still incorrect and he didn’t bother to fix it. Even after a tip for takeaway. Outback isn’t the same anymore. :(
My mother and I had a nice experience tonight. Christopher was the best server; he could easily be a server in a fine dining restaurant! Will be asking for him again.

Had an 11 hour driving day - I was so excited to pick up my outback food and go to my hotel to enjoy a dinner…. I ordered a regular salad (but asked for dinner size) with grilled chicken with vinegar & oil dressing and a baked potato. I got to my hotel and am soooo disappointed…. (1) NO DRESSING; (2) Salad has bacon on it - normal salad has no bacon; (3) no onions on salad; The salad is my main dinner so it’s a big disappointment. And (4) no butter for the bread…I called to share this with them - but even though I’m across the street I cannot get back into car after driving 11 hours. I honestly thought they may offer to have someone drive it across the street to me (at the hotel), but they didn’t offer that. They didn’t offer a discount or a future discount. Just a sad “sorry, I’ll let the kitchen know they made a mistake”. Didn’t feel genuine :(
