I found this place by googling and it didn’t disappoint! Oysters, popcorn shrimp, catfish, lime beans, and everything else the family has was wonderful!! This beat hands down fast food while traveling. You won’t be disappointed!

Chicken liver was good and hot but the slaw was a soppy sweet mess hush puppies and fries was barely warm . Family of 3 the other two was finish when they finally had my plate fixed. Kind of costly also. I don’t mind waiting for good food but if it is supposed to be hot I expect it to be hot after waiting for about 15 minutes.

I got the combo platter with crawfish and oysters. oysters were pretty good but the crawfish was by far the worst I've ever had in my life. It was so shriveled up I couldn't eat it. It reminded me of that dehydrated shrimp that comes in a cup of noodles.

I had the fried catfish and seafood gumbo. Both were excellent. I enjoyed it so much that I went both days that I was in Madison visiting.
I got the seafood platter, it came with 4 over fried shrimp, 4 rubber made oysters, 2 small fish nuggets, that were actually good, and a wet dressing filled crab that didn't have any crab in it. The slaw was hot the beans were cold, like open the can and pour it in the plate cold, and the fries had so much grease on them. every table was dirty the floor was sticky and the drink station looked like the aftermath of Katrina. I have been reluctant to eat here and it being mothers day and no where else to eat I landed here. lesson learned.

My food order was wrong And one of the works charged my debit card for an extra 10 when my food total was 14.83 I check my card and I was charged 24.83 I will be back for my money

save your money. ordered a chicken liver dinner and it came with 5 livers which were the size of a quarter. The hushpuppies were bigger than the livers. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!
