Excellent early morning service! I ordered online so I could grab and go to work. Without asking or putting it in the notes, she made sure to have adequate condiments like ketchup, jelly, ect. It was a total and much appreciated surprise. Will be going to this waffle house from now on.

I have no complaints. In regard to Food, Service, and Atmosphere, I know what to expect from WH. It's a greasy diner that serves mediocre food, but such is my experience with most fast food restaurants so, no shade. If you are expecting anything more, then you will be disappointed. I got what I expected and I was satisfied. I only wanted meat with no sides. The late night couple there were very friendly and provided great service.

I can say this about the Waffle Houses here in Meridian MS. The staff is very friendly, and will accommodate you and your requests.The business is very clean, let me say this clearly the bathooms are Gorgeous. A great place to visit.Parking: Handicap accessible.

The quality of Waffle House has greatly declined since 2020. They are still clinging to COVID as an excuse it seems, everything from a limited menu to customer service. What was once a 24/7 great customer service experience has turned into “I wonder if they are taking any orders right now”. I actually tried to call my order on the way there and received a voice message saying they were limiting to go orders to ease the burden of their team. When I arrived, there was only one table inside the restaurant in use, it was quite dead. If you go later at night, it’s definitely more lively to put it mildly, and you can catch a free contact high from the smell of dope smoke that has become a nuisance inside the city limits of Meridian MS.

The food here was on point and I have ABSOLUTELY ZERO problem with the quality of the food here! As to the service...the waitress that took my payment for my TOGO order was extremely outwardly vocal about my $34 ticket that didn't include a tip. So much so that she felt it necessary to walk over to the cook and say "a 34 dollar ticket and he didn't leave a tip" she was met with my logic (having previously been a short order cook myself and never felt a way) from the mouth of her coworker..."it's a Togo order, that's normal". I'm not sure when we started paying for services we opted out of by way of alternative choice, who knew?!To make matters worse, when I inquired about my orange juice I was met with more blatantly disgruntled vocal expression. She snaps and says "I'M ABOUT TO GO GET THEM!" I simply smiled and told her to have a great rest of her day, i usually find ways to enjoy my experiences no matter where i am but these types of things really get to me. I avoid sitting to eat if I know I don't have the social meter to be out long as to prevent this type of interaction, looks like I'll just avoid this establishment as a whole to prevent further issue with my not being generous enough?

20 plus minutes after arriving I had not been served. Other customers who came in after me already had their food and were eating. Restaurant was not busy so I don't understand why. The sorest service ever.
It was the best waffles I have ever had. It made my day, also shout out to a worker named Bruce. Bruce made pancakes at Waffle House for me specifically.

I had a good time. Came in, got what I wanted, ate my food in a decent atmosphere. Little busy but wasn't terrible and nobody was acting stupid so I was able to enjoy my food at the restaurant and leave.
