I made a mobile order at 9:53 pm, and online it says they close at 11pm. The order went through and we pulled up right behind someone else at the drive thru. They said sorry we're closed, and when we asked about the order they said that it would go back to the card. We were told they come at 9:50, which I'm sure is a lie. Horrible customer service and needs to change operation times.
Worst place on the face of the planet in my opinion....they never get orders correct, the close half an hour or more before the scheduled time, service is EXTREMELY poor to say the least....

This place is a joke! They always get your order wrong and now the lobby closes @7 even though the sign says 10pm and the doors are unlocked and my kids have been let down 3 times now cause we can’t eat inside…. There are only about two workers that actually care and do there job right!! McDonald’s is pointless in Monticello!
