I order 2piece chicken/ 2 piece fish, hush puppies ,coleslaw,fries meal.Chicken was over cooked, fish very greasy like it been dip back into the grease. Employees was in No hurry to complete my order." Hey Manager" For price of that Meal!" Seem your cook. Needs training in how cook chicken tenders and fish.

The food tastes good and is fresh Bad service, only one cashier , My order is incomplete, the shrimp are missing, they told me my order is complete until I open the box, the shrimp are not there.They gave me the shrimp.

Brand new Ds! Was great on the first visit. Second visit January 2024 was a disappointment. I guessthe floor had been mopped with a kitchen mop. It was raining and the greasy floor required me to shuffle for fear of a fall. I've never in 40 years had pink fried cod. Not that I mind sushi, but I'm sure Ds fish is not sushi-grade. Kind of a bummer for a new store.

Lisa was a really nice waitress. She was friendly and very helpful as I've never been to Captain D's before. We had a wonderful meal here. She recommended a great option.
They're a new location. I ordered online and went to pick it up. When I got to the speaker, they said it would be a few minutes, because they'd just gotten the order as I got there. I'm guessing no one looked for the online orders. They asked me to park and then never brought the food out. after 15 minutes of waiting, I went back to the window. They said it was ready,but no one knew which car I was in. I was one of two cars in the parking lot, parked next to one another. My food was not hot by the time we got it. I drove 45 minutes to this location. Kind of bummed, but it was ok.

Our cashier Lisa was great, so I hate to leave a negative review, but the food was not good. My grilled salmon was very overcooked and dry. My rice was very crunchy, so I couldn't eat any of it. My husband got a deluxe seafood platter, and his fried fish was soggy, seemed undercooked or something, very gross, and the stuffed crab was soggy too.
