Pretty sure they're just making us wait on purpose. And not for the first time either. Fully staffed, not busy, manager walking around, nobody took our order for 10 minutes.Additional information: we've been coming here for years and usually spend around $40 a visit. Seen the place go through maybe 4 or 5 managers. The service has been great under some, but during several periods it was so bad we said we'd never go there again. We gave them one more chance this year, but this is now the second or third manager who really doesn't care if everyone gets any service at all. I've been too patient too many times.

The worst dining experience we have ever had. We waited over a hour for the kids’ meals. It was a long wait just to order, and then despite the fact we kept asking we waited and waited for the kids’ food. Really we should have left, but they kept telling us it was “about to come right out.” Joke’s on us. We watched every person who came in way later than us get served before us. They did nothing to make it right. Also we never got even one refill on our drinks in all that time. Just awful. Almost comically bad. When we finally got out of there it really felt like we had been through an ordeal. Management never addressed any of it. The poor waitress was trying, but no one was helping her out. You would have to pay me to go back here.

I don't know what they do different in the South. But applebee's is much better in the south than in ohio.Vegetarian options: My wife had an Asian salad that she said was delicious.

I come here at least once a month. Today i was very disappointed. It took our drinks almost 30 minutes to get to our table. Our waitress accidentally forgot to put in our order. And i was ok with that . She was working the whole restaurant by herself. I ordered the three cheese mac and honey pepper tenders. I wS very very disappointed I got 4 what look like small nuggets. No breadstick. It came 5 minutes after the food. Not sure if I'm willing to try againI did tip my waitress not her fault.

Do not even want to give any stars to the restaurant. I am sitting at the bar even as I type this. I have been sitting here for 25 minutes and no one has even acknowledged that I am here. There have been waitresses fluttering around, even a manager in my face, and not a single person has said hello. I am wondering how they are even still open if this is the kind of service they offer to their customers.
The staff was phenomenal and the food was delicious! I was pleasantly surprised with how attentive everyone was. Would definitely return if I’m ever in this area again.

Coffee tasted like it was made yesterday. The combo was very dry- Sampler plate. Salsa tasted like it was almost sour. Chicken bites were all batter?? Not impressed.
