I used to live to go here but now it's horrible. The lady who took my order was rude and abrupt as if I interrupted her day. The food was awful. The grease needs to be changed the chicken taste like it was cooked a week ago. Doubt I will waste the time or money to go back.

This is the worst service we have ever gotten from churches chicken we had to sit for 45 minutes waiting on chicken we arrived in drive thru at 706 pm we didn't receive our food till 745 pm the girl said it would only be 15 to 20 minutes we received no napkins no condiments no apology just sad we only ordered two 10 pieces of chicken no side just chicken

While visiting Natchez, Ms, my hometown, I purchased a 16 piece meal that costed $30+ only to find that they are doing something different with this chicken! It had zero seasoning! I was very disappointed. I spoke to the manager about it. Initially, he argued that nothing had changed in 30 years. But I've been eating the chicken for 30 years. I grew up eating it. No one can tell me that it's the same. Anyway, weeks later, I got a replacement (on the chicken only), although the manager told me on the phone that he'd replace the entire order. The manager himself prepared the order but the customer service was less than desired. Btw, the "replacement" was not the best but it was better than the original order.

Food is good but the restaurant itself is a bit of a shambles. No menus, no menu screen - the computerized menu screen was offline. When we asked for a menu, we were told to just tell them what we wanted and they would get it for us. Staff was friendly. No toilet paper in bathroom. Just little upkeep of facility and in need of a good cleaning.

The food was delicious and fresh but we were told it was going to be a fifteen minute wait and ended up being an hour and I grew impatient and went inside to find out why it was taking so long and was told we were going to be compensated for the long wait and only received an additional piece of chicken as compensation for over an hour long wait that was supposedly only be fifteen minutes.

Quick use of drive thru while in town. Service was fast and friendly. Was about 7:30 pm and they didn’t have enough tenders to fill 2 - 5piece orders and were out of apple pies. But they were able to fill a 3&5 piece tender order. So we did that. Food was good. Service was fast. The fried okra was great.
They are a great place to go their food is so good and hot they are so respectful and they are so clean I love to go there when I'm able I would recommend them to others.

Yep she up there doing it and it tastes great I was a customer of Popeye's Chicken as well as KFC and other surrounding restaurants that sold any good tasting chicken but now they have lacked a lot and I don't go there anymore I'm not a faithful customer like I used to be I stopped at Church's Chicken here in Natchez on Highway 61 and the two ladies in there they treated me so kind with respect they had the greatest attitude they were people friendly which plays a big role with me I work hard for my money and sometimes I just don't feel like cooking they did it for me the chicken tasted great I even tried their lemon crispy pies there are awesome the chicken wasn't undercooked it was just right and it was so so crispy but biscuits were so fluffy I had to look again and see what I bited into cake with honey on it and butter I am hooked keep up the great work I will be a faithful customer and I will let all my friends and family know as well I have eight grandbabies to feed and I will be coming there for the great deals that have the eight piece the 13 piece they even go up to as far as 50 piece I was reading and just 75 cents per extra piece after that that's awesome Church's Chicken North Side Highway 61 Natchez Mississippi they're in there doing it right and that's what I respect much gratitude thank you Katrina Johnson I'll be seeing you soon I have to finish this crispy chicken now until then Happy eating everyone you got to try Church's Chicken Natchez Mississippi North Side location and oh the drive-thru you can forget about waiting in that long miserable line like they have in Popeye's Chicken all the way out in the street and moving so slow and plus they have that funky attitude when you're spending your money she gets you in there and you're out of there and your food is hot and satisfying thanks again girls you're doing an awesome job thumbs up
