Won’t be back. Lady at window is beyond rude. Came early at 10:00 the door was still locked. No problem waited. Lady at window said it would take awhile. (No problem waited. I was only customer but didn’t mind waiting. After 25 minutes of waiting asked for tartar sauce. Stated .75 Asked if I could have because of excessive wait. Said no. With the 4% up charge for using debit card just skipped it. She slammed the window closed.

The absolute worst. The manager is very rude. Has hair in my food she argued me down that it was not anyone in the kitchen’s hair. I needed to check my food before I left. How can you check for hair. My hair is black the hair in my food was blonde. Real unprofessional and not a place for blacks to eat. She talks about us to other customers of no color as if people of color not shopping and spending their money there also.

The food has really gone down hill for the strips that were definitely cut into three strips is not a filet meal it's a strip meal that should be less than 15.00. I asked specifically for hot fries when I ordered she said ok and it will be 15min before the order is ready ok no problem still will be at work on time is what I'm thinking . So after waiting 18min on my food only to get it and the fries are not hot. Because I was pushing for time to get to work I didn't have time to send them back .. this is a hor mess. It's always best to follow ur first mind. My thoughts were to go somewhere else but because they are closer to my job I decided to stop here. Biggest mistake I am very dissatisfied with my food. It was totally a waste of my money one of the strips was not even a full strip thr they so conveniently put under the other two pieces

Food half done had a chicken wing plate she told me I would have salad and fries. They asked what dressing I wanted for the salad and what flavor wings. And I requested for the wing to be done extra crispy it wasn’t. The owner had a nasty attitude and told me she done recook food and no refund. I’m disappointed and displeased. I had 3 orders all together and spend 40 something dollars and you couldn’t fix your mistakes. Will not get my business again!
