The Little Ceasars Natchez, MS location has to be the worst pizza place! They refuse to answer the phone to take an order ( when they do answer, they just hang up on you), but when you go in and place a big order they do nothing but complain! Then to top it off my pizza always comes out with VERY little topping, even the cheese never covers the pizza! With the service and the product, I don't see how yall can charge the prices yall do now! It truly is sad business!

The experience at Little Ceasars is always the unexpected. Sometimes everything is fine.Then one night they might decide to close early and refuse to serve you.Next time they may act as if they are doing you a favor to wait on you and curse you and threaten you with physical violence which I have video of the incident.Tonight though our pizza came from the already made ready to go oven and when we got home realized it had been in that oven a long time. Pizza was dry and burned . Couldn't eat it. The crust was hard. Took it back and they would not refund our money and we had to rebuild our pizza. My boyfriend went alone to return it and didn't won't to go thru the hassle so gave in to their ridiculous and outrageous practices.I will not ever go back. They need to be shut down. We have also gotten mold on our pizza.
This is the only rating I can give this place since we never got out food... We ordered online on a Friday and paid online. We went and waited and waited for our pizza and when we finally got tired of waiting we went to ask them what was going on, where our pizza was only to be told that they didn't have our pizza at all. They were out of deep dish pizzas entirely and just didn't let us know. So we just sat there waiting for a pizzas that they could have told us wasn't there, no call or anything.
