While I happened to be in the mood for lighter fare today (the Czech pilsner and wheat), I did get the opportunity to sample the doppelbock and quad and felt an obligation to post this review. As a lover of authentic German and Belgian style beers who has tried many of these beers games breweries across Chicago, Milwaukee, Dallas/Fort Worth, and Denver in particular and a few others around the world, these are hands down the best German/Belgian beers I've had outside of German and Belgian breweries. In Mississippi of all places. Highly recommend you try this place if you share my love of these varieties of beer.

I've had pizza in four states and in four countries. This is the best pizza I've had in years. The Neapolitan crust is amazingly light and crispy. As of January 2024, try their German Ziegenhorn beer, highly recommended!

This is just an amazing place!! Service was above and beyond great. Every beer I tasted was very good, but the Ziegenhorn Bock was just incredible. I brought crowlers of several great brews home. And the pizzas we had while there were some of the best I have ever tasted. Super high quality ingredients. This is a must visit place anytime I am in or near Natchez!

Second time here and it's legit some of the best pizza I've EVER had so we came back a second time. Fantastic beer selection and awesome atmosphere. Super chill with good music, options for indoor and outdoor seating (resident cat included). Servers are awesome and knowledgeable about beers as well as food recommendations. Don't skip out on the cauliflower crust...it's crispy and delicious.

The food was very good, the ambiance was great and the decor of the restaurant I found to be very eccentric. The paintings and all the different seating area was on point for the area. The service was ok, our waitress was very nice but I felt she would come around when she remembered we were in her section. She may have been a bit tired but I'm not sure. Again she was very nice and no negativity towards her but more to the hostess by putting us in a corner.

Everything is amazing. Best pizza I've ever had, hands down. Beer style selection was impressive, they have something for everyone.

Everything was going well until I bought a beer of 5$ with my credit card and they charged me 18$, they gave me the excuse that maybe it was my other beers but I did it with my other card. They did not check my purchase. After that, we rented bags to play corn hole and they said that it was 8$ and after I give them back they will return back my money. It has been more than one week and nothing!!!!! The place was nice, but if they do not care to play with their customer money I WILL NOT GO BACK. It was my first time in the town and I loved it, it was just this bad experience. so, just be careful of how much they are charging you.

Some great tasting beers. Friends had their pizza and reported they were very good. I had the brussel sprouts which were also very good. While there visited the establishment three times in assessing many days. That should saying something - right? Jess took care of us two of the three days and was great! Would definitely ask for her on our next stop.

Meatballs were very old, pre-heated, overcooked, and covered with cheese. Sauce was burgundy colored. Never seen an order like this before. Very disappointed!

Free tastings of anything on tap and great prices on beer. Delicious Detroit style double pepperoni beer & be sure to get a cookie for dessert.

Nice craft beer selection. I had the meatballs and they were wonderful. The employees were very helpful when ordering. I will definitely put it on the list for the next time I'm in Natchez.

Very disappointing to go in on a FRIDAY night and be informed, at 8:02pm, that the RESTAURANT stops serving food at 8pm. On top of that, I’m sure I arrived probably a minute or two before 8pm because I had enough time to wait for a server to turn me, sample two beers, ask for the one I liked better, and then I started to order a pizza, and the server cut me off saying ‘we stop serving food at 8pm, and it’s… 8:02pm’ Rather rude… but I’ve always felt like that server (with the crazy hair) has always been a bit rude. If you don’t like working a customer service type job, maybe you should find yourself another job?I’ve always loved the brewery and its food and drinks, but seriously WHO MAKES THE HOURS?? Quite ridiculous to close at 9pm on a Friday or Saturday as it is, but just plain ludicrous to quit serving food at a restaurant at 8pm, especially on a Friday or Saturday.Edit to add (in response to owner):I understand having to make a change in hours due to short staff. However, the main thing that drove me to write the review was the attitude and demeanor of the server who waited on me. Especially considering the fact I actually came in before 8 and that it’s a recent change in hours (not yet even reflected online), I believe there should have been a 5 or maybe even 10 minute grace period after 8pm in which a person, especially one who has already came in before or even right at 8pm, can order food. If she had just taken my order of just ONE pizza but informed me that hours had changed to 8pm for future reference, I would have been mollified and next time I wanted food after 8pm I would just take my business elsewhere and not waste my time. It was the fact she said ‘Oh the kitchen stops taking orders at 8 and it’s… 8:02pm’ I mean really, just TWO minutes, in which I had already been in the restaurant? That’s where the real issue arises, and any customer service type employee should know how to handle a situation like that better than it was.

The calzones were great. There were so many options to select from. We were happy with our choices. This is a popular place to eat. It is also easy to walk around downtown from the restaurant.

Really enjoyed our visit to Natchez Brewing. The beer was great as was the food. Looking forward to returning in the future!
