Service was quick and friendly but they should switch to a better blend or brand of coffee.

Very disappointing coffee. Ordered a small latte but it only really tasted like milk. Coffee did not appear to be freshly ground, coming out of a jar next to the espresso machine. If you are an Aussie you will be disappointed.

I’ve been to this coffee shop for five years during conferences and it has disappointed every time. This time was especially disappointing. There were approximately 6 customers in-store and 5 woman working behind the counter. The manager had to ask for “volunteers” to make coffees. None of the staff answered her. We tipped ahead of time, and struggled to find a clean table. We eventually sat down in the additional room waiting on our order. Our two coffees took over 15 minutes to receive. They brought it to our table and apologized about the wait. We waited an additional 15 minutes on our food that never made it to our table. Total of 30 minutes. When we approached the staff and asked if they were completing our order they didn’t know what order we were asking about. They found a tied bag on the counter. It was our food. They didn’t call out our order or give us a number or take our name so it sat there for such a long time that our sandwich was cold, the chips were soggy, and everything in the bag had the smell of the pickle soaked into it even the pastry. The “homemade” chips were deep fried pieces of tortillas that they use to make wraps with. The flavor was disgusting. Each piece was oil soaked and drenched with salt. The sandwich had lettuce cuttings from their salad mix and the pickle was squishy and looked like it had been squished.Service was bad, coffee was mediocre at best, food was poor. 0/10 do not recommend.

As someone who worked as a barista for years, I thought a place called coffee company could make a good latte. I'm always apprehensive to order hot lattes at new places because iced is generally safer (since there is no milk steaming involved). To say that my ears and brain and heart screamed when I heard the way the milk was steamed is an understatement. They desperately need proper training. Espresso made on an industry standard machine (which is what they have) needs to have approximately 18 grams of freshly ground espresso roast beans tamped with a 30lb pressure, they did none of these things (this is why your pucks came watery and loose). Milk should under no circumstances be steamed for any greater length of time than about 20 to 25 seconds, and even that is pushing it. Your hand should be resting on the steaming pitcher, and once you feel it is too hot to touch, that's when it is done, mine burned my mouth (that means it's too hot). You really should only break the surface of the milk right at the beginning, not all of the way through. The last 1/2 to 2/3 of the steaming process should be incorporating the air into smooth creamy milk foam perfect for lattes. I will, however, say the caramel and vanilla I requested to be in there could be tasted and were good in flavor, but that and poorly steamed over heated milk were about it.PS the employees were fine. This isn't necessarily their fault. They were nice, just not overly talkative (which is totally fine), and probably needed better training before being on the espresso machinePPS the clown emojis are childish. Constructive criticism is necessary for improvement.

My recent visit to this coffee shop left much to be desired. Upon ordering my usual latte, I was dismayed to find that the milk had been steamed for what seemed like an eternity. The resulting drink was not only lukewarm but also possessed a distinctly burnt flavor, making it virtually undrinkable. It was evident that the barista lacked the necessary skill and attention to detail to properly prepare a simple latte.Adding insult to injury was the abysmal customer service. Not a single staff member greeted me with a smile or showed any semblance of friendliness. It felt as though I was inconveniencing them by simply being there.Furthermore, the ambiance of the place was far from inviting. The atmosphere was stale, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. It's clear that this establishment lacks the passion and dedication to providing a positive coffee experience for its patrons. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against patronizing this coffee shop. The combination of subpar drinks, dismal customer service, and lackluster ambiance make it a place to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the disappointment and seek out a better coffee spot elsewhere. This place is ?????

Nice little breakfast buffet on Sunday. The guy manning the buffett line is a real treasure. His homade tomatoe gravy tastes like home. Stop in if you get a chance.

Stopped in for breakfast & coffee. Nostalgic atmosphere and friendly staff. Breakfast was filling and the omelet is definitely recommended. Nutcracker display was the first of many decorations going up for Christmas. Sorry we weren’t going to be able to see the whole place decorated before we left town.
