Service wasn't bad. But, I ordered 15 minutes early on the app and they didn't start the order till I got there. Food was just bad. My stomach still hurts. Try any other pizza spot.. also for other Pizza reviews follow @bobbydeliversbigtime on social media

Worked for this company for 10 years and I was really disappointed. Food was made quickly. Cool. Husband got it back to the hotel and the cheese sticks hardly had any cheese on them. It was all piled in the middle and not spread out. So he took them found. Found 3 employees sitting on their phones. One girl came over and said “it’s made to spec” and walked back over to sit on her phone. My husband had to ask her to come back, and then had to purchase a second set of cheese sticks and get charged for extra cheese just so we could have normal cheese sticks. Sad to see such a great pizza company fall so far from grace. Starting to see why hundreds of stores were shut down around the country.

Ordered online. Pizza order was sent to wrong store. Much farther away. Employees were rude about it.
If I could, I would give it 0 stars. I ordered for delivery while I was at the hotel in front of them, it took 1 hour and 20 minutes and then they called saying that I had to go pick them up.home delivery is a real fraud.

I thought all Pizza Huts were the same. Same ingredients. However... this pizza had the sweetest sauce of any Pizza Hut. Wasn't great. Tasted like Ragu. Crust was fine. Toppings were okay. No delivery... had to get DoorDash to deliver. It wasn't even a matter of timing. I tried to place an order for later in the day. Nope.

Will NEVER eat there again! The cashier had one of the worst attitudes. They told me one thing then gave me another. Then when I called back for them to fix the problem I was given more attitude! What happened to the customer is always right. Just slack
