Not happy with the food. Drink spilled in my lap due to the top not being put on correctly. Cheese sticks tasted like old grease and BBQ chicken wraps were not good.

Came here yesterday and ordered a medium shake, a burger and some pickle fries. Waited for 30 minutes and left. 4 cars in the lot. Half of the order kiosks have a BSOD or are completely off. Tried to give another chance today and got kids shake instead of the one ordered and a burger that couldn’t feed a child midget. Needs a new cook and food handlers ASAP. The orders/servers/people are nice, I think they know they’re sold short by bad management and a bad cook. I’m not the type to leave reviews. Get them kiosks fixed, find a new cook. And pay those poor servers more. U think KFC was bad until you find Sonic

With door dash I only received half of my order. Sonic never answered the phone and the door dash driver just said "Well that's what they gave me". The half of my order I did receive was greasy and cold.

If you have a list in front of you there is no reason the entire order should be wrong. Three waters came out as sprite, a coke came out as sprite, none of the extra sauce we were charged for was added. And when all of that was brought up I had to repay for sauce. The workers here were genuinely pathetic at their jobs.
