While the manager sat to chat with what looked to be the owner or corporate sitting and chatting 2 of the 3 employees started making numerous sandwhich orders as they came in, no regard to the que/line. 10min wait and the cashier finally decides she too works here. How can you mess up a sub turned salad, oh the many ways. I won't waste time because after 30 min of waiting,being 3rd in line. THIS WAS A JOKE. SAD, SAD ESTABLISHMENT.

They talk and play too much over your food. The presentation was awful. They really need to care more because it seems like they don't. My broccoli soup was gold and looked chunky like it had been there all day long... Never again ?

I visited the Subway on 12/10/2021 located at 422 Hwy 61 North in Natchez, Ms and upon visiting I purchased 3 6" Philly Cheese Steak Sub Sandwiches and for 2 to be fully dressed, and 1 just add 2 tomatos, the cheese wasn't melted, the meat was cold, she never heated like I asked, bread wasn't toasted them sandwiches was horrible I couldn't eat that. It wasn't nothing but sloop for the hogs. I recommend not going there. Unprofessional.

This location had 3 employees working with one much have been his first day, another her second day and the manager maybe her third day. There were three people ahead of me and one online order, apparently. I was there for over 35 minutes. Two customers skipped ahead of me bc the employee preparing my sub was absolutely, completely lost. It must have been his first hour on the job. He couldn't identify the breads. He didn't know what footlong pro meant. He didn't know what meat or how much to use. I've noticed turnover is extremely high at this location. That tells me something about the owners' ability or lack thereof to retain employees. The man who seems to be the owner doesn't even acknowledge the patrons presence. No "hi", no "hello", nothing. He seems to be in a horrible mood every time I've seen him. It must be impacting employee morale. Bottom line is service is extremely slow and substandard. I will not go back.
