On line Google menu that I pulled specifically for this Burger-King location shows salads available. However salads are NOT available at this location. When we told the employee this, they did not care and were dismissive we told them they needed to update their Google menu.

The Burger King at the corner of Bienville and Washington boulevard absolutely rocks! Granted, I do stop there once a week, and I ordered the same thing. The food is always good, hot, and fresh.The employees are always pleasant, smiling, and helpful. As a matter of fact, I always do my orders through the app and then I pick them up at the drive-thru window. On my last weekly visit, I made an error in the order on the app, so when I went through the drive-thru and told them that I was there to pick up my order, the employee asked me to stop at the first payment window.I thought this was odd because I normally just go to the pickup window. When I arrived at the first payment window, she popped her head out and wanted to know if I had made an error in the app because one of the items I'd ordered had a different option with it. I laughed, and said yes she was right, I did make the error. So even though I ordered wrong, they made it correctly. What more could I possibly ask for?

BK has to do better with given back a receipt. I get it the first window doesn’t issue one but when I get my food at the second window. I feel it should have some type of document showing me what I paid for my transaction for food. One thing I learned is you don’t play with someone else’s food or money. It may seem petty but whoever’s to say that someone could see it as an opportunity to cash in on the fact that you don’t give a receipt to your loyal customers. Just say !!

Steer clear of this place offering raw meat! The deserted drive-thru and the less-than-sanitary actions of the staff, like the cashier digging in their nose, were major warning signs. If you a fan of food-poisoning or just enjoy playing Russian Roulette with your meals, this the spot for you.

So I work overnights and when I get off in the morning I usually want lunch or dinner food items I never had a problem with ordering before and today I go and they say they don't serve lunch at this time lady sounded really rude about it. Most likely won't be going back to this location.

if i could give a zero i would lol we came an hour before close and sat in the drive thru while these heffers probably munched on fries. if the hours are wrong then update them but ur workers arent working til 11pm so why pay them for it

Stopped here to grab a meal, had a coupon code and gave it when ordering. Older woman with glasses at window said I had to have the physical coupon not just the code. I've taken a pic of coupon for years, because the code is all they've ever asked for, and it's easier to keep up with a pic on phone than a scrap of paper. I had my first whopper in 1972, but looks like I've had my last, with service like that. So long Burger King.

Went thru drive thru. Ordered a chicken sandwich combo. Asked for it to be cut in half. I was informed they could not do that. I asked why at the window and was told by Cashier Kashawn “minors work in the kitchen”. I had to ask several times what she said because I did not understand why that would be a reason. She seemed to get aggravated with my question. She handed my food to me, I said thank you and she did not acknowledge me and slammed the window in my face. I honked the horn and she did not want to open the window again. I asked for the manager and he came and asked what happened. I explained how rude she was and that she slammed the window shut on me. He was not worried at all. I then handed him the bag back and asked for a refund. I used my debit card and he could not figure out how to credit my card so he gave me cash back. Not once did he say I’m sorry this happened or anything. What happened to “ you rule” or “have it your way?” I will not visit this location again. I wish there was a way that I could give less than one star.

After over a decade of being asked the coupon code when using a coupon, older lady with glasses at window tells me she has to have the paper coupon. I started taking a pic for code and not carrying the coupon around, a long time ago. So much for Burger Queen, bye Karen.
