While visiting the Ocean Springs, Miss. area, I do as I always do when traveling. I check out every local coffee shop. Especially ones that have light lunch and/or pastries. Finest Grind Coffee was number 1. I can speak as highly as possible of this place. Great iced mocha and awesome lunch. Really friendly employees too!
What a really nice quiet spot serving up your favorite cup of Joe. It is so incredibly difficult to find locally owned non corporate coffee shops anymore. Not that I think large "bucks" type of coffee shops are bad per se... it is just desirable to have locally owned places in your local town. My boyfriend and I always come and and get an iced vanilla latte and their iced raspberry mocha. It’s always on point every time. Today we grabbed some pastries and I swear that blueberry scone was the best one I’ve ever had in my life. The girl at the counter was so sweet. I love coming here.
