They start shutting everything down way early so if you want a drink better enjoy their vast selection of bottled drinks catering to the taste buds of only a few and not all or restrictions.Anna since I see you respond on here quite a bit can you explain why your management is closing the front end of the restaurant while customers are still in view presently eating?If you close down early turn your signs off and your online ordering is all I got to say on this. Charging those for drinks and expecting them to be okay with bottled drinks is absurd. You don't go to a gas station expecting unleaded and being okay with putting diesel in... Do better management.

My husband and I are addicted to this place, we are probably their biggest regulars! The only little complaint I might come up with is that I don’t like dining inside there.Dietary restrictions: The gluten free subs do not upset my digestion at all! Their sandwiches are one of my safe foods, yay!

Very helpful when I had trouble redeeming my rewards. For a free sub.Vegetarian options: They do have an option. Not a place you need to check out. But you could find something you can eat.Parking: It will never be so busy that you can't find parking.

First time trying this new location and it was excellent. Manager and Asst. Mgr were both working behind the counter ensuring that everything was running smoothly. It was lunch time so we had a bit of a wait, but our subs were very fresh and hot when we got them. Flavor and quality were on point!

Amie the manager is absolutely incredible. She remembers you’re name when you come in. She makes sure you’re getting your sandwich exactly how you want it. She goes above and beyond I’ve seen anyone around do for their customers. Im always bummed when I come in and she’s not there because she is such a bright and nice face to see! Keep it up and give that woman a raise!

I'm updating my review.I think the Ocean Springs store is great.The staff, cleanliness, and food all exceed expectations.However, not due to this particular or any actual stores fault, I will never set foot in or spend another penny at Firehouse Subs.This all boils down a horrendous experience I had dealing with corporate customer service concerning their terrible app.I apologize to the franchise owners, but I'm sorry, due to Firehouse Subs parent corporation, you have lost what until now was a very loyal customer.
