If you are looking for an open air, live music cold drink on a Saturday night kinda place... this is your spot! The service met our needs and the waiter was very friendly. The decor is modern. Lots of beer on tap and has a somewhat open kitchen. It also has 2 garage door walls that were open. (The weather was perfect on this occasion). My wife had a half dozen chargrilled oysters that she says were fantastic! I had the French dip with ai jus & fries. It was good. My wife had the shrimp & andouille sausage pasta. It was very tasty. Finished it off with some king cake bread pudding. I like that they have several local (Gulf Coast) breweries featured on the beer lineup. Food is good. The venue is very good. If it's only about the food... don't get your hopes up. It's more pub style. But if are wanting a beer, some tunes and a good burger... come here.

Just finished 2 dozen of the best oysters on the half shell I've had in many years! Good virgin Bloody Mary topped it off perfectly. Hubby's Ahi Tuna was cooked perfectly and served o. A nice spinach salad. Definitely recommend this to any and all!

I had the pleasure of dining at Keg and Barrel on March 22nd, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Despite the huge dinner rush, the food and drinks surpassed my expectations, leaving me thoroughly impressed.What truly stood out, however, was the impeccable service provided by the waiter behind the bar, has dreads/was wearing chefs coat. While I didn't catch his name, his professionalism and attentiveness were unmatched. It was evident that he was a seasoned veteran in the hospitality industry.His expertise and genuine enthusiasm for his work elevated our evening, and I left Keg and Barrel with a newfound appreciation for exceptional service. Needless to say, I will be back.
Excellent food and service. Nice interior and it was perfect outside weather so they opened it up. The fried pimento cheese balls were great! I had the shrimp and grits which was very filling though more sweet than savory. The bread pudding was excellent!

Found this place on recent overnight trip. Staff was great. Very kind and friendly. The bartender represented your business very well! The oysters and boudin egg rolls were incredible and incredible selection of beer. One of the few places I’ve seen Chimay and Delirium. Great job and hope to make it back!

Came here for happy hour with my bf and we loved it!! We loved the oysters, the raw ones were out favorite!! Their happy hour deal is really good it's $1.25 each for raw. We also tried some of the other cooked ones but they weren't as good. I also got the Thai lettuce wraps and they were ok, the sauce wasn't as spicy or seasoned as I would like

I had so much hope for this place, the talk about the town was great food and the environment. Environment yes 100%, but as you can tell from the picture my medium steak was not medium. I had a party of five and all of our steaks came out cooked differently from what we ordered. I may give it another try even though that visit was my friend's birthday.
Wow, awesome beer selection in the deep south! Alandis was an AMAZING server at the bar. Tending tables and bar tables with an infectious laugh and smile. How couldn't you come here with him?!?!? Such an amazing bartender/server. Friendly, attentive and engaging! Definitely a must stop, just for Alandis alone, but, great beer selection, food, etc! Thanks for a great afternoon!

The food was great! Oysters, Cesar Salad, Salmon, jumbo shrimp all delicious. Our waitress was super nice buy she disappeared for like 20 min a couple of times - could of sold another round of drinks if she came back sooner ;) The atmosphere is fine except that is was super loud in there - we had to talk with our outside voices to have a conversation...we'll be back the food was tasty and reasonably priced - we'll just time it different next time.

It was a very nice day when we ate there on Sat Feb 10th however they had the roll-up doors down. They do not have acoustic material of any kind on the ceilings. All it took was 1 loud (obnoxious) table at front section of restaurant to ruin it for our group of 5 at back of restaurant. Had doors been up - that noise would have gone out!!! Had noisy group come in BEFORE we ordered - we would have requested to be moved outside. Also, clean up front areas - ALOT if trash. But definitely could be great experience with changes.
