I live down the street from this Little Caesars and order from it pretty regularly. They always do a great job and on the rare occasion that something goes wrong (like an order mishap) they make it right quickly and seem happy to do so. They even go above and beyond in order to make sure that we feel taken care of. They freakin' rock!

Rude staff. I had a question about my order and the smart-mouthed teenager behind the counter immediately got confrontational and started arguing and yelling at me, repeatedly calling me "Bro!" "Bro!" "Bro!" "Bro!". Completely unprofessional. Obviously, polite customer service is not a priority here. Food was garbage, pizza wasn't even cut all the way through. The pretzel crust was so overloaded with salt that I thought I was going to have a stroke after only three bites. Even after brushing off all excess salt, we wound up giving the food to the dogs. So many better pizza options around, don't bother with this dump.

I’ve had Little Ceasers deep dish in many other locations. I’ve had 2 at this location in Ocean Springs MS and never again. Both times the pizza was not cooked enough. The dough was semi raw. Threw it out. Do yourself a favor and take a pass on this place. There are other good pizza joints on the area.

Ordered at 6:17. At 6:37 I went back through drive through to see what the situation was. They forgot to “drop” the order and the wait is now extended waiting on pizza I already paid for.Granted I’m the only customer in line waiting, it seems their priorities are not customer service.

Went last night for our weekly wednesday pizza night. Manager on duty was welcoming and friendly (same each wednesday night). We were greeted right when we walked in the door. Manager even suggested other items which we purchased. Girl running the drive thru was great too. The food is always great but the service we received tonight will definitely keep us coming back. Good going Little Ceasars of OS. Name tag said Elisabeth and I believe I heard her call the drive through worker Rileigh.
