The food here was made well... but timing was struggling... folks in line were mad, and many folks coming back in cause something was missing from nearly every order... and steak bagels were out of stock

It was your typical McDonald's. Only ordered a strawberry cream pie. Waited 15 minutes then asked about it. I could see they had some. They were more concerned about drive thru. The staff were friendly though and the manager did encourage staff to pick up speed.

This is absolutely the worst McDonald's in the history of the franchise and it always has been for the last 15 years. They should close this store. The food is consistently horrible, the service is consistently horrible, they never have enough employees to operate the location efficiently. It sucks and it always has, please close this location.

My husband and I was in the drive thru we waited for 20 minutes while the woman taking orders left us waiting.Also noticed when I pulled up at window, there were 5 employees chatting meanwhile the line at drive thru had 15 cars waiting. I would not recommend this McDonald's at all!!!!!
Was crowded and it took an hour to get my food today and it was cold by the time they gave it to me and I have to wait another 25 minutes just to get three McDonald’s bags cus it was taking so long I had to take my stuff to go

Never in my entire 32 years of life have I ever experienced such poor professionalism and food quality. I pulled into the drive thru at 12:06am and placed my order. I did not get to the pick up window until 12:51am. When I finally reached the window, I was asked what I had ordered and informed that my food had not been made. They ended up finding my food and it was obvious that it had been sitting there for a while. The bag the food was in was so soggy on the bottom that my food actually fell through as I placed it on my seat. The girl handing food had an awful attitude. She was rolling her eyes and making ill faces. But after seeing the way the General Manager was acting, it’s obvious this was due to poor management. I live approximately 90 seconds from the store and when I got home, my food was cold. Further proving that my food had been sitting in that bag a minimum of 20 mins. I understand completely that sometimes things happen that causes inconveniences, however seeing the amount of employees in this establishment (4 that I saw) and it still took almost an hour to receive less than mediocre food, the only explanation would be poor management. The manager spoke to her employee in a way that would have made the Masker family embarrassed. And also in a way that would have gotten herself slapped if it were myself.Get it together General Manager lady. Do better. You want better employees? Be a better manager.

This place was disgusting, first person in when they opened and the toilet was covered with feces. Never cleaned it all night and roaches too, avoid, avoid, avoid. It's inside convenient store and they couldn't care less either. Said we know it's dirty but it's McDonald's responsibility. Avoid the chevron too.
