10/10 would recommend this place!! Was greeted as soon as we hit the door from the manager Ashley and co worker Cat. Quick and easy ordering system and they were super friendly as it was our first time and we had trouble deciding what to get. Ultimately we settled on a 12 piece mild with ranch and a large half New York special (their supreme) half pickle. AMAZING!! Staff was all getting along and working together to make everything run smoothly. I have to give it to the big guy and the Manager. Whatever an oven check is they did it constantly to make sure they had everything in order! I told them I was posting about them, hope they aren’t scared lol. Great job team!!

NY Pizza in Ocean Springs is really, really good. Outstanding pepperoni pizza. Sausage and Italian subs were excellent. Best chicken fingers my wife and I have ever had.

Every Friday night we order pizza.Not going there again. The first time was great.. The next 3 times there were minor mishaps (Very little extra toppings, forgot to make the pizzas and we waited 40 mins, didn't accept coupon).. Tonight we ordered a 2 topping pizza at 5:15. Got home 5:45, it was a plain cheese. ASHLEY said we had to bring it back in so she could verify they messed up and she would make a new one.No thanks.We brought it in for a refund & to add insult to injury, as we are walking out she asked if we wanted to take the (now cold) pizza home.UNBELIEVABLE!!Our kids and us finally had dinner at 6:45Tom's Extreme Pizza cares about their customers. We will be sticking with them from now on!Reply to Dale:Yes, my husband said that "company policy" on having to drive the pizza back in, to verify said mistake, before making a new one- Is bull$h!tYes, you offered us a new one (Not over the phone though like a normal establishment would) but at the point when were at the register for a return.A busy Friday is understandable.But the attempt of backpedaling by offering to send us off with a hot pizza & the others cold, with a refund - all whilst kids are waiting for dinner... Is asinine & the reason said fiasco ticked us off enough to leave this review.Again, no thanks.Next time, let a customer know you wanna make it right, before they drive back in hangry and ticked (In the busy Friday night traffic)

Ordered via phone. We paid for a XL two topping pizza, and a large two topping pizza. We received a large two topping, and XL cheese pizza; after driving all the way home. We called to tell them the mistake, and Ashley (claimed to be GM) tells us we have to bring the pizzas back to verify; before they can make new pizzas. We bring the pizzas back, ask for a refund, which she gave, though NEVER looked at the mistake they made. This wasn't the first time we have had issues since new management, as we have been charged for coupon items, and this being the second time we got a plain pizza in lieu of what we paid for. How hard is it to make a pepperoni and mushroom pizza?In closing, we wound up going to Taco Bell, which fed our family of 7; filling their bellies for a couple of dollars more.

Some of the best pizza in the gulf coast (also love Toms in downtown Ocean Springs). Thin, crispy pizza with good minimal crust too! Tried their pickle pizza today, yes pickle! It was quite interesting, pretty good. Love that they sell slices. Will have to try the hot wings and pastas soon. Service was a bit longer than expected for warming up slices but they seemed pretty busy in the kitchen. Girl working at counter was very sweet. Nice casual style pizza parlor ambience.

It's worth the stop.Just come in for a slice. Tell me I'm crazy for saying this is one of the best slices I've had on the Gulf Coast. They'll toast it up to give it the perfect crunch. Try it fresh out of the oven. The pickle pizza sounds weird, so they gave me a free slice to try it out, and it's my second favorite pizza they make.The manicotti was delicious. And they have all kinds of subs you can order.The place is clean, and food comes out fast . The people who work here are amazing and nice to talk to.
