The food was great but the staff is amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable about all the ingredients and dishes. The inside was very clean and organized. I would recommend this place for fresh, clean healthy eats. :)

The guy behind the counter was really nice and helpful. I got the “pickled cucumbers” as one of my toppings and was super upset when I got home to find I had a bunch of pickle slices and pickle juice straight out of jar all over my rice. Ruined my whole bowl. Was looking forward to a fresh lunch.

The staff is clearly doing their best and I have no issues with them. I really enjoy the Diberville location and was excited when they opened one in OS. Everytime I go to the OS location, my açaí is frozen solid. This hasn’t been my experience at the Diberville location, so I guess they’re storing it differently? I don’t know but I’m disappointed. For a place charging $14+ for bowls I should be able to actually eat it.

Been to the diberville one several times, it’s great. This place is just a bummer. The first time I went it wasn’t so bad. This time I got my friend to porter my food and she got me the same bowl I always get. A custom spicy tuna bowl. The tuna is usually super pink and covered in sauce. I paid almost $17 and got a bowl with some super pale tuna. “Some” as in like 12 pieces. I ate a few pieces and it tasted weird to me. So I’m good. I feel like a Karen lol but I really got scammed out of $16.50 ?

The place is clean also!+ their manager? so fineee?Dietary restrictions: If you’re opting for a healthier option of an acai bowl, you can simply ask the staff to have them remove or not add peanut butter…Kid-friendliness: You can bring your kids for healthy meals!

Okay….went tonight, which means Friday night around 6:00. We actually waited a couple of weeks to give the business, after opening, a chance to get any problems/glitches ironed out. OMGOSH….undertrained kids running the business, out of everything, bowls weren’t full, spicy tuna was fishy tasting, didn’t put my cup of dressing in the bag, etc. It was NOT good!!! This is ridiculous!!! You have a grocery store almost next door!!!! WTH!!!! If management/owner doesn’t start taking control of the business, you won’t remain in business long.
