Bad costumer service. Me and my girlfriend came in on Sunday around 3:20pm. The dude was getting our order and he stopped to go answer his personal phone and made his coworker continue with our order. She was extremely rude. When she was done making our sandwiches she walked away before cashing us out. Then she came back and said my bad. She almost forgot to put the sandwiches in a bag and then she just threw the bag down on the counter.

First time being here and the place was empty upon arrival. My family and I remained in the car for about 10 minutes before entering and noticed the employees just standing around. However, thought nothing of it at the time.When it was time to pay for the food, the cashier seemed like he didn't know how to use the cash register. Most of the soda was out. The tables were filthy. I think all the tables needed a good wiping. The tea containers had the lids off. It seemed the time they were standing around, they could have wiped down the tables or put the lids on the tea container. Also, the mayonnaise was out, and they put ranch on my daughter's sandwich by accident and didn't offer to remake it. Not to mention, when the cashier was wrapping up sandwiches, a plethora of fixings was falling onto the floor. We almost got a bonus sub that wasn't ours. The Flatbread was stale too. OK I'll stop.I don't think we will be going back anytime soon.

I had my two young boys with me and they didn’t know what they would like to order. The young lady working spent so much time helping them figure out what they might like. There wasn’t anyone behind us, so my boys got to try a taste of a few sauces to see which one, decide on cheese since they didn’t know the different kinds, etc. I know many fast food workers would have been annoyed, and I so very much appreciated the kindness she showed my family. The subs were perfect and my boys ate it all!

5 ⭐️ for the poor kid that made my sandwiches today while his 2 (I'm assuming bosses) stood on either side of him watching his EVERY move like body guards. He did amazing, I can't tell you how absolutely awkward it was for me as a customer to watch these 2 grown men stare down this kid while saying or doing NOTHING for the other customers in line... I get if you're training him... but maybe help the line of people in the meantime and stop micromanaging your poor staff. I'll most likely avoid this store because it was that odd of an experience.

Went in the store I was the only customer in line they talked about nothing the entire time including the bathroom lights. Kept touching things like the menu and a permanent marker with gloves on while fixing my sandwich. I was very patient and smiled as I learned they hadn’t been employed there but less than a month so I ignored the poor customer service because they’re inexperienced but….When I paid because they could only accept cash the employee had they’re hand reached out to collect my money. I gave him $15, three fives, my change was a quarter and instead of him putting the quarter in my extended hand he popped it on the counter like my hand was nasty and he had been fixing my sandwich will nasty gloves!!!Will not be back until the now hiring sign is out of the window and they have been able to secure more reliable and responsible employees.

We went in and was not greeted. Two employees sat a table and rolled his eyes and slowly got up. It was at 7 o’clock at night We waited for about 1.5 to 2 min and still not greeted. So we just left to go next door. Next door was on a wait and they had zero people. Shame on these

Worse service and attitude from a young person that I have witnessed. A very pompous and very impatient person with zero manners. It looked like we ruined his day by visiting the Subway. We walked out before even ordering soon after ordering. The kid could care less. The electric bike was also tacky being charged in the dining area. We like Subway but will not be back to that establishment.
