Staff seemed high, probably vaping on them Penjamin Arnold's or whatever they're calling them these days.Didn't give a receipt.

Went here on a whim (despite reviews) because it was close to the hotel and haven't had TB in a while. Needless to say these folks done me right. Everything from the speed of the drive through, to packaging, to order appearance was spot on. I dont know what they're doing right here but other taco bells need to model this standard.

Will not take your order. Forced to use kiosk. I told the manager I did not want to use the kiosk and she insisted meanwhile there are people standing around. If you are too busy to take orders it's time to shut the door another man and myself left in disbelief without ordering.

Again no strawberry freeze. The girl at the window was abrupt. And my soft taco was wet and falling apart. My burrito wasn't wrapped closed, so when I picked it up half came out. Last time at this taco bell.
Americal had the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered at the window. we were the only ones in line at the drive thru. She rushed us to order when we asked for just a second to make some decisions.Cut us off 3 times in the middle of ordering. And then when she handed us the food. We tried to check the bag and she said “can you pull forward, we’re on time” and slammed the window back.Definitely needs to be let go or find a new job if she hates it so much.

So good!! I haven't been to taco bell in like eight years because of a bad experience. I went on a limb and decided to go. Because I saw a commercial for the five dollar craving box. And it was top notch. It was literally amazing. Everything from the taco to the tomato to the sour cream. Also the employee smiled so that was cool.
