The food was pretty good. However, the service was very slow. But, I believe it was just a bad day. I will definitely return.

Why everytime I come to Whataburger after 11pm, I have to sit in drive thru over 30 minutes before my order is taken? We know people are inside but what are they doing and why even bother to come to work if you’re going to treat the customers like this? I wish some of the other fast food chains were open this late( Canes, Chick-fil-A, Zaxby’s) because they would definitely know how to treat their customers. This happens quite often with the Whataburger on hwy 90.

I got in the drive thru at 740am. I work at SRHS clinic and had to be at work for 8. I figured I had enough time to grab a quick breakfast before my shift. I was wrong(this was on a Saturday morning) I ended up being late for work due to service was super slow. Never again.

I was planning on coming home and giving a decent review granted what happened but my food is hard as a rock so here you go, my honest opinion.This store is ran by managers who are incapable handling a runny nose more less running a shift. For starters if you want to eat here make sure you prepare for the length of time it takes for a sit down meal at a dining restaurant. This going through the drive through took nearly 35-40 minutes for the entire process from order to leaving with my food.So granted I see there were cars before me but it's the fact cars were leaving before me that ordered after. I only had a few items all of which shouldn't have amassed a length of a visit this long.Instead of acknowledging the amount of time it took, which I understand they probably didn't want to address that, I was just handed my food, cool, right? No, wrong, brought the food home right down the road, the stuff is hard, poorly put together, if I'm waiting that long for our food I would expect that it was mindfully put together not sloppily worked and wrapped. The burrito was that of eating a stale and hard tortilla chip.Not going to lie this was a very very poor experience. They need to get it together at this establishment, it's genuinely bad, and if management thinks their SoS time is anywhere near appropriate then they have a problem. There's a story to each problem it's up to the GM and the owner to address their pain points, right now this store is not right, they might be making money but the quality of the food they are producing is inadequate of the time it takes to receive the food.There's a whole full cycle house cleaning that needs to happen because it just seems like disorganized chaos and the ones that are paying the price are those wishing to eat at the establishment. I hope this puts some idea into what this store is lacking in service, discipline, and food quality. This place needs a turnaround. There was more to the the bad order but it'snot worth mentioning just common employee user error. The main pain points were mentioned.

I love whataburger. The thing I hate is I half to drive so far to get it. When I lived in tx it was like grabbing a cold drink out of the refrigerator. Maybe one day whataburger will wake up and put it on the north shore.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Sarah in the front of house! I have a stutter and have a hard time saying my name, so it’s annoying when saying it when asked “what’s the name?” She actually took the time to remember my name to make it easier for me to order! It might seem small and stupid but for me it means the whole world! Again huge shoutout to Sarah!
