Ordered the “Asian zensation zalad” and was told to pull up and park they’re waiting on fresh chicken! Got the food and got home the lettuce was iceberg over spring mix, the fried chicken was ice cold.. compared to when I had it at the new location in Biloxi it was night and day. Complete trash the worst “salad” I’ve ever had in my life. Won’t be shopping here again!

This is the third visit in a row that I have received undercooked chicken. I take my food to work, so I never have time to go back and bring it to management's attention, but this many times is definitely a problem.
Ordered to go from here and I got a Cobb Salad which was amazing and huge! My husband got the wings and things as usual. Everything was hot and delicious. The only problem we had was with the employee who was ringing us up, she didn't have the best customer service. I understand people have bad days, but my roommate didn't want to ask her something because of her attitude. Other than that the food was delicious and made timely!

I love zaxby's but this evening I was disappointed that the food I got was good but not what I ordered. I ordered traditional wings and received boneless pieces and bread only toasted on one side. The drive through was not busy.
