I stopped at Arby’s in olive branch for lunch on Wednesday and had to return today for lunch A+ on service , I must say the place is cleaned up nice,customer service is 100% better than before everyone is so nice and friendly. I sat down to eat and the new GM “can’t remember her name” came over and introduced her self and checked on me even asked if I needed a refill on my drink..I have never gotten that from any Arby’s. Keep up the good work I will be returning

"Good Burger?" More like Terrible Burger had the "Good" Burger 2 movie meal and it was a bad deal however the strawberry milkshake was good I'll give them another star for that

So nice people. We pull up in drive thru, 5 mins before closing and they take our order. Each out of diet soda but offered a suggestion and I took it. Curly fries are best!!

Food was good except I ordered a double roast beef and cheese and I got a single.
I went through Drive Thru 11/22/23. The french fries were cold. They were really dark and tasted like old grease and stunk. I ordered a slider and it was so messy I could not eat it. I also waited in drive thru forever. No apologies or anything. Terrible service and would love my 9.00 back that i did not eat.
This place sucks!!!! I was the only customer there and they gave me old food. It doesn't take long to drop fresh nuggets and fries!!!! I went in and they standing around talking. I want my food the same way you eat your food!!!! They claim they redid everything, but I think they mixed old and new fries together or they reheated the old ones.
