This location gives VERY SMALL scoops for the price!!! Do not waste your time and money here!!! Go to other locations. When I said something to the worker about my scoops being very small she then put it on a scale to prove my point, because if you have to use a scale for scoops of ice cream then you already know you are cheating people period!!!!

Place look clean, good array of flavors.Employees do not practice good hygiene. They touch their hair, money, surfaces, etc, and then proceed to serve your ice cream and touch your cone.No gloves are used and they do not wash their hands between handling money and serving ice cream.Asked an employee if she could wash her hands, she did not like it and asked a co-worker to serve us instead. Said co-worker didn't wash her hands and had just handled cash.

We have gone in about 5-6 times in the last couple of weeks. I love the renovations they’ve done and the employees are always so nice.Today, my 9 year old wanted to go in by herself to order so I sent her with the only scrap paper I could find in the car ? with our order on it. She is very shy so this was good for her! She said all 3 employees were really nice to her, they even wrote a thanks back on our little note. A special thank you to the young man who helped her carry out our order since she had a brace on her wrist and couldn’t juggle the bag, change, and her ice cream cone. This location is incredible and I can’t recommend it enough. We will be back very soon ❤️

I just left Baskin Robins and it were soooooo good.. The lady at the cash register were so nice. The place so clean. I love eating at friendly places. I will be back on tomorrow. Thanks so much for the hospitality. I recommend this baskin robinsParking: The parking were awesome.. I love it

While I was at this store, one of the employees was eating directly from the ice cream containers. She was taking multiple bites with the same spoon and eating from different containers. This is super gross, especially when this ice cream she has eaten from is then served to customers.

Absolutely worst customer service at this location. Run by teenagers too busy playing & throwing, yes, I said throwing lids to shake blenders & laughing & playing to actually help customers. I'm amazed this place survived Covid. Freezer burn apparent on multiple ice cream containers & overall unclean atmosphere.

This was the worst service that I have ever experienced. The young lady that took my order was extremely rude. You would think that someone buying $30 worth of ice cream would warrant some form of a smile. Nope! The irony of the entire situation was that she didn’t have time to be friendly to me and my daughter because she was too busy being recruited to another job by one of the other customers. I know her name, but I’m not gonna say it. I’ll let the owner know and see how he feels about it.

I placed an order for a brownie ice cream cake on Thursday for my daughters birthday. I received a call on Friday afternoon letting me know that their baker was not in town and couldn’t make our cake. Due to the inconvenience she offered to give me two smaller size cakes to equal my original request. She said she would offer 50% off the second cake. I show up today to pick them up and I’m assuming was the owner said they don’t offer half off the cakes so it’s full price. What looked like her daughter agreed with me and said that the employee from yesterday did in fact offer the 50% off. She still didn’t care and charged me full price for cakes I didn’t even want to begin with. The staff is definitely unprofessional and really need to look into customer service classes. If your employees promise something to customers, it’s your responsibility to honor that. As business owners, you hire your staff and should trust their judgement. If that isn’t the case you should discuss with your employees but never go back on what was promised to a customer! For sure my last time going to this location. Not once did the owner apologize for any of it! No compassion whatsoever.
