My kids and I have been here 3-4 times and each time we have received wonderful customer service! The restaurant is clean (so are the bathrooms) and the food is good. Our visit timeframes are around the evening time. keep it up!

I absolutely love this DQ. Food has always hern good. Their fries are always hot and fresh and I love the flat chicken strips. The staff hace always been pleasant and attentive.

Service is terrible and ghetto. Those employees have no customer service manner. I ordered ice cream and it was 90% cone and 10% ice cream!!!! They want your money but don't want to give you what you're paying for!! The drive threw speaker, they can't even speak correct English, you can never make out what they're saying! For the food, it's always old food or burnt, I ordered a water and they charged me $3 for a "fountain drink", I asked them why was I charged for a drink when I only ordered water, they said it's the cup charge- A CUP FOR $3 ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? Then, after I said something about it, they gave me attitude!!!! I wish this place would go out of business!!!

I asked for a kids ice cream cone and they gave me a cone with barely any ice cream in it and wanted to charge me $2.30 cents. The ice cream was literally not even to the rim of the cone. I asked them to put more ice cream in it for my 6 year old and they told me that it’s a kids cone, and it shouldn’t have anymore ice cream in it, so then I asked for my money back bc I wasn’t paying $2.30 for just a cone, they gave me an attitude, rolled their eyes and slammed the window on me. In the end, they added more ice cream. Was that so hard to do???? Sonic charges $2.17 for a big dish of ice cream which is for the kids. Sonic is way better!!!!! Dairy Queen is a rip off and needs to choose different employees!!!
Absolutely the Worst excuse of a fast food restaurant I've ever visited. Drive Thru had Zero hospitality at the speaker, practically threw the food out the window and got the order wrong. Chicken strip basket: no gravy, buttered bread instead of toast and 1 strip short of a basket. The ice cream was melted inside a container with no way to open it without spilling melted ice cream and when it was returned to the counter I was literally cussed at for ordering a hot fudge sundae and returning it. Every employee was disrespectful and half of the staff was out of uniform. What a nasty disgrace this place is.

I've been about two or three times recently. Each time, there was a different new hire. This would seem off-putting, but each time, the experience was very good. I wanted to tip one of the cashiers, but they didn't allow it.The food was typical to DQ, but I like a good DQ burger here and there.If you're in the area, stop by and give them a try.
