Worst experience at this location ever. The store was dirty, they were trying to put very wilted brown lettuce in my sub in a tub. When I asked for different lettuce the teenager fixing my food got an attitude. And the teenager running the register also had an attitude and was pretty rude! Won’t be back anytime soon.

I was absolutely FAMISHED when my daughter and 3 year old entered the establishment for lunch. Upon entering we ere welcomed and greeted! Went to the rest room with my toddler, then afterwards proceeded to order. How CURTEOUS they are and respectful! Thankful they treated hungry people vert well!

The atmosphere is so off the workers have Attitudes.None of them seem if they want work the manager has an attitude and is sarcastic. None of them seem as if they wanna work. They are looking weird upside customers, head, making comments I will not be returning…. They don’t want to wait on customers the girl literally didn’t want to take my order she wanted someone else to do it because she didn’t feel like it….this atmosphere gives McDonald’s vibes…. Needs better management….

Excellent customer service. I ordered the Turkey sub made the Mike's way and it was scrumptious. If I could give them 10 stars ? I would. Everyone greeted me with a smile and was patient with me considering this was my first visit. Lenny's and Subway WHO??? Jersey Mike's is hands down better!

Absolutely horrible service! People are rude and clueless to how to do their jobs and cannot cook to save their lives. Ordered the big kahuna philly cheesecake subs only to receive them uncooked without any toppings and bread so dried out it was falling apart. This has happened too many times and I'm done with this place!

I had the turkey sub on rosemary bread, fresh. Flavorful, meaty & delicious. I had salt & vinegar lays, smashed in the sammy, iced welches grape juice is delicious. I tried the philly cheesesteak with ranch dressing Delicious!!

The first time I came here was awesome! The crew was friendly. This time, this crew was fine until I had a problem. There was some miscommunication with my order. They thought my husband wanted mayo on my sandwich, but it was only for the other 2 sandwiches we ordered. Instead of just fixing it, the girl gives me attitude and tries to blame it on my husband, who ordered the sandwich. I just want my sandwich right, so I can enjoy it. Please do better at training service recovery, so others won't have to fight the crew to get something fixed.

I placed an order for a small office holiday gathering. One of the sandwiches (for a vegetarian) was ordered incorrectly in error and had meat on it. It was meant to be a portobello sub, but was input as a chicken and portobello sub. So we had a full giant sized sub that was not able to be eaten due to dietary restrictions. I asked if we could swap the sandwich (obviously not trying to get over, because we spent a decent amount and only needed ONE correction which I'll definitely commend them on), and the young lady at the register tried to assist and referred me to an older lady who I'm assuming was the manager. She told me with a blank stare, "we made what you ordered...." I then REITERATED it was ordered in error and I had no problem giving it back. She showed zero understanding about the situation. Wouldn't even consider it. Her disposition was rude upon both visits to the store which was a huge turnoff. I don't want anyone preparing my food with an attitude or bad energy. So I won't be returning to this location. We're human at the end of the day, mistakes happen. But the manager of this location doesn't allow human error or offer customer service, so only go if you're a robot I guess!Dietary restrictions: Make sure you pay attention to what you order, because they will not exchange nor accommodate you if you accidentally order meat.

Tonight was my first time trying Jersey Mikes and decided to order sub in a bowl and the staff acted so awkward .When I walked in, they acted like they seen a ghost and weren’t friendly and clueless. I’ll most likely try another location.
