Crawfish were meaty, well seasoned. Oyster po-boy had plump, crispy, not over fried oysters, fresh roll, a little excessive with the shredded lettuce. Gumbo was passable - not terrible, but not memorable, either. Service was a real letdown. The morose young man at the counter barely acknowledged us until we gave him our order. We were the only ones to dine in, at least 5 other orders were all to-go. Understandable given the unwelcoming atmosphere.

They Served Me Old Food A Didn’t Even Wanna Give My Money Back.I was told come tomorrow an I will get a refund . Then hours later a young lady called 1 hour before they closed asking what was wrong . I told her The eggs look spoiled on the inside an my lobster turned into mashed potatoes. My crabs wear sooo old or over cooked . She tells me I cannot refund we will remake it for you, after she literally just told me she could refund me . it definitely was a waste of $100 dollars . Never eating there again ?

The first time I went there (February 2024), I got two combo specials with Lobster tail, shrimp and crab legs in the bag. The sauce was buttery and mild. Each bag came with two ears of corn and two potatoes. The meal was delicious and I was dying to go back.The next time I went with my daughter and a friend. My friend ordered first and paid for her meal.I ordered the identical same thing as my friend for myself and my daughter. When we got home to eat, my friend's bag had 2 ears of corn and 2 potatoes. Each of my 2 orders only came with one ear of corn and 1 potato. I asked my friend if she tipped and she said she did. I did not tip them just to put the food in the bag and take it home to eat. I feel they were petty about the tip and cut each of my orders down to one corn and one potato. I think it's ridiculous to be petty and lose a customer. I won't be back.

Today I placed a order with them and when i returned home and opened my bag a bug flew out of my bag ( it was a seafood boil and the bug was inside of the bag with the juice in it). I called and told them about it the male on duty proceeded to say “if you bring our food back I will refund you the money” I did as I was told and brought the food back to the store and he proceeded to say “I cannot refund we will remake it for you” after he quite literally just told me he could refund it.

Food is steamed and then put in a bag with flavor and spice.Essentially, it's your fingers that taste good.Just go to Red Lobster. At least your food will have some flavor. Or, the cheddar bay biscuits will make up for it.ALERT.... this seems to be a chain with several different names. Just avoid any strip mall lobster type restaurant, etc.
Calamari rings are not worth it, taste imitation, catfish has no flavor, I bet it's swai and not real catfish. I spent $25 for my food and very disappointed with quality and taste. If it was good I wouldn't mind paying double but I'm glad that's all I ordered. Fries are limp not crispy.. People I'm telling you the only good reviews on them is from family members. This place is awful ? ? ? if I wasn't back on the road leaving town I'd turn them into the health department and the Mississippi catfish association
Their shrimp is not fully deveined. They are lacking what other different seafood restaurants offer. Their flavoring also needs adjustment.

0/10 … food was unseasoned ( even after i paid for all the seasonings) and had a horrible taste! the crab legs seemed to have been dirty and not cleaned, & left a horrible aftertaste. the only decent thing was the corn which too had a horrible aftertaste. the sauce was runny and watery with ZERO flavor. $31 on a seafood bag for it to taste like complete trash. Highly upset.

We’re dining there. The food is good. I like their crunchy hush puppies, seafood Cajun sauce is bold and spicy. We order over $80 so we get some bonus shrimp and sausage. Probably, most of customers order food to go so When we ask for the crab leg cracker, they say that they don’t have it in the restaurant?? She says the chef has already cracked the crab legs. Yes, I can see some but not all of them opened. I think they should invest more crackers for dining customers. Be careful with your teeth ;)

I called at 9pm, then I came over just to be told that they close at 9:30pm worse place ever and this isn't what the time was said on website. False times and bad business. I am well known in Olive Branch and will be telling a lot of customers about this bad place. Then the girl was super rude and even said she picked up the phone and hung up on me. Very bad customer service. Happen dec 6th at 9pm
