They messed up the whole order. I paid $60.97, and I had to go inside so I can get my food right. The employees were rude. By serv safe you are not supposed to have your drinks where you are serving food out or having your phone out where the customers can see it. I would not want to be the shift manager there because they would not like me. The shift leader was not where they could talk with me. I was told that he would not talk with me and didn't even have time to get my order right. The employees told me that I didn't have any food and, I told them that I need to get what was left out. So with all this said it was the worst experience that I have ever had.

First time I have been to a McD's in a long time and I placed a mobile order which means they had it already written down, no one had to talk through the speaker and push the order into their system - it was already there for them. It was just one meal. Not multiple meals, but just one. And they still got it wrong. How!?! I guess some things just don't change.

I asked for a 2B which is a Quarter Pounder Bacon and Cheese! I ended up with a deluxe.. WHICH GOT MAYO TOMATOES ALL THAT STUFF I DONT EAT. So I asked them to fix it. And here I go with some cheese that didn’t melt cause the patty colder than the weather outside! But before I even got the one in the picture they gave me a plain Jane QP. What ima do with that and just plop the government non melted cold cheese cold everything on it. 0 stars.

The place was clean, and the service was quick. My kids' cheese burger was missing cheese, and all drinks were watery from the drink fountain.We can deal with watery drinks, but the kids' burger has to have the cheese.I imagine they would have fixed it if I felt like going back, but I really didn't feel like it.Overall, I had a good experience. Just check your food before you leave.
