Ice Cream machine is “broken”. the reality is that they don’t even want to clean the machine. It’s ridiculous that the employees are lazy that they do not want to clean the machine. Ice cream machine always works but they do not want to clean it.

Need to improve on recognizing and greeting customers when they enter to patronize your business. Was there for a doordash order and stood there 10 minutes and was never recognized til I made my presence known. That can be dangerous especially if someone walks in with a weapon to rob the place bc ion put nun pass ppl these day. Too close to Memphis ??.

This is not a 24 hour restaurant. Pulled up at 3 am and sat there for half of my break. When I drove off I didn't even see workers in the drive thru windows nor the dining area. Might as well close down at night like everyone else l instead of wasting people's time.

Not sure what has happened or changed but I would say 6 months ago this was a decent location. Now you get told they are not taking anymore orders for 10-15 minutes (they are a 24 hour location), when you get your food they just throw it out the window with no words spoken/no eye contact (like how am I to know I got everything? should I wait? should I drive off) and there's been a few times we get home to find our order is wrong! I know that service is this general area is terrible but trust me, this location takes the cake. I would think the owner would do something about it!Dietary restrictions: wish there were salads or chicken wraps again. When getting food for a family, not everyone can enjoy a burger, etc.

Zero condiments out, no napkins and you get 3 whole napkins for 2 people when you finally get someone to pay attention. The double quarter pounder was good but they didn't put cheese on my daughter's hamburger and it was such an ordeal to get someone's attention that it wasn't worth the effort. With the kiosks and no one running the front counter you're on your own.

What an absolutely horrendous attempt at filling an order. Our order had 12 items, including a drink. Ordered and paid through the app and picked it up curbside. The order was brought out by a couple of girls and they didn't bring out the drink. After we asked about it, they promptly returned inside the store and brought it back out. After getting home, we realized that the order was missing a big mac and a cheeseburger. Upon inspection of the other big mac, that we did receive, it was missing a beef patty. Nothing like a thin patty of meat and three slices of bread!

It was Sunday morning and I got in the drive-thru line at 10:24. The line was extremely slow so by the time I got to the speaker the menu switched over to lunch. It was 10:30 exactly when I placed my order. The lady taking my order came back on the speaker and said it's lunch. They refused to give me breakfast.

very rude. I will not be going back there, we had a DoorDash order and they first of all “didn’t have it” but the guy had confirmed with screenshots that he payed for the order. We went back twice just to make sure. We felt bad for the guy so we ended up paying for the rest of his order. I hope that lady gets fired she don’t deserve nothing.
