The staff except the cook was horrible, the restaurant was freezing, the food subpar and the wait time was awful and long. The restroom had a large cockroach in the sink with no soap and when I informed the staff, the waitress was unbothered about it and did nothing about it. Worst service ever and will never go back to restaurant in that location. Can't trust anything about that establishment. Filthy and horrible!!!
We arrived at 11am and stayed for 15 mins. The door was locked, no one came and unlocked it. We also called the restaurant olive branch Ms location number and no answer. Please update your opening hours if they are incorrect.

Overall food is good except my steak fried rice had no steak. Couldn't even call to try and get it fixed since the phone is always off.

Went with a party of 8. It was just ok. The beer was cold, the menu has a variety but the food was just o.k. sushi fell apart, the gyoza & spring rolls were fine. The main courses were meh. The included salad was a bowl of iceberg lettuce. They rely on tons of sauce...small portions on fish, chicken & steak with a mountain of rice n veggies.

Do not let the outside fool you, it looks closed as the windows are blacked out. But when you get inside it is huge, comfortable and the staff was very welcoming. I had the teriyaki chicken, and it was great! Should have taken a photo. The chicken was not dry like other places it was just right! The only downside is they could use new bench seat coverings as they were very worn. Again not a negative thing this place was great! Price is a tad higher that I thought at first but what has not cost more since Biden.

I'm not sure what it is, but through the course of months Osaka has suffered much their food quality has went down the drain the atmosphere sucks and the food doesn't taste the same.

I went when they first opened service and food was exceptional, I got the Dino-dynomite sushi and shrimp tempura ( first time trying) and it was delicious 10/10 going

Food was tolerable, service however was terrible. We waited 10 minutes after being sat before we were greeted and given menus. Server was slow to bring out our drinks and rushed away before we could order appetizers I had to stop him just so we could get them in and we had already know what our food order was gonna be. The cowboy roll was terrible and made incorrectly. The server only checked on us once after dropping off our food (his coworkers brought the appetizers and drink refills) there were only 2 other tables there the with us and, our server was no where to be found, I would have been okay with this if we weren’t his only table. Overall not a good experience and we will continue to drive out of the way to collierville for a better experience. This location needs a reform or to shut down completely because they aren’t good at what they do. On top of automatically putting gratuity on checks so they think they don’t have to do good, they really need to crack down on this location.
You need to get a better phone system. Called for 20 min to be put to voice mail. Started calling at 430. Drove up here to place order. Other people in line with same issue. This is the third time it has happened. Wish there was another place closer to get

It is truly pathetic to experience a restaurant that is run so poorly. The people that manage here know that it is not clean. They know the dining room floor is so sticky that you can hear it, as well as feel it tugging on your shoes. They know the bathrooms are disgusting. They are aware that the staff is untrained and unsupervised. They know exactly what the quality of the food is, and the quality of its preparation. None of these things just happened today. These things are all manageable. For some context, our check total was $176.85 (including an 18% gratuity) and I added an additional $13.15.
