Online pick up through drive through on a busy Thursday afternoon. I got to drive thru window and they told me 6 min wait for fresh chicken. I’m never upset about fresh chicken. However, I had to pick up daughter from dance class so I was in a hurry and asked if I could come back. They said sure. Came back approximately 10 min later went inside. Order was ready. Place was PACKED around 5pm. The manager I assumed was a black female, very nice. She handled pressure of 5pm like a boss. Watched her work register, bag food, drop food, whatever was needed. This lady was very polite and super hands on. Even tho place was busy and there was a wait it was still nice to see someone under so much pressure and still handle the situation with grace.

The only time I get good food is during the morning shift so please share your skills with the evening shift. The chicken is so bland even hot sauce doesn't improve the taste. I thought I would have better luck with the mash potatoes and biscuit but I was wrong.
