I really enjoyed this place. Not a big sandwich person but man did this place hit the spot. The sandwiches are on the pricier side. $20.00 for the entire meal. Full sandwich, chips and a drink. But the quality is certainly worth the price.I highly recommend Potbelly’s. If you’re uncertain on what to order ask the sandwich artist. They always recommend their favorites and usually are spot on for taste.

My first time at Potbelly the pizza melt was good but the price you would think would be a large but I had to get that 16oz chocolate shake which bumped it up to $20 without the drink

Just like home. I'm from south la. Here working in Memphis. Been looking for a seafood place that knows how to cook. I found it. The turtle soup was good and the boiled shrimp even better. The young lady serving me did her job very well and I will be back again and again.

Poor customer service. Drive thru worker was rude did not say anything once I got to the window. Then just shoved my card back out to me then my food, and shut the window without saying anything. If you don’t like your job get another. If you don’t like serving diverse customers, good luck finding that kind of job ANYWHERE!! Liked the food but won’t be back.

Great toasted sandwiches. My favorite is the Italian with hot peppers on it. Chili is good as well.

I was a regular at PotBelly since 2019. I used to eat there twice a week! That was until a couple of months ago this year, with a turnover of employees the service began to decline…and kept declining. The last straw was when I received molded, wilted tomatoes on my salad and the Veggie Melt sandwich was so poorly made I can’t even find the words to describe it. The manager did offer to make things right, but that kind of oversight is just disheartening and disappointing to me and since then I just can’t trust eating there anymore. Sad, because I really loved this place.

Apparently I didn't get a picture of my sandwich. It was good! I went basic with the ham and Swiss but I swapped in cheddar for the Swiss cheese. Added hot peppers, onions, tomato, and I got a side of balsamic dressing for my sandwich. Baked Lays chips. Oh - I went with multigrain bread and the "thin cut" bread...which meant they took the regular bread and just scooped out the inside. Unexpected/odd. Whatever. One person in our group got the sandwich/salad combo. And the salad was giant! (Pictured). It was very full of the toppings. Good salad! So when we showed up, there were garbage bags right in the door. To the point that is was awkward to enter the establishment because you had to squeeze around them. Those bags (pictured) stayed there during our ordering, their preparing/making our sandwiches, and most of our eating. Bags were finally moved toward the end of our meal. Strange. Kinda icky. Employees were friendly and helpful enough. Quiet talkers.

Chain restaurant with a local feel. Great customer service with friendly staff that knows their product. First time visiting and was given a few recommendations. Went with the Wreck and was given more recommendations from a second staff member on how to dress it up. Needless to say, my only regret is waiting so long to try this place out.Recommend you dine in to get the full experience. Was checked on by staff twice during my visit. Cannot wait to eat lunch here again!
