It was our first time to try Pyro's and I was concerned after reading reviews, however we had a Fantastic experience! The staff was wonderful, answered our questions, and worked fast (there was quite a line on a Friday night)! Our pizzas and salads were Delicious! Fresh ingredients, crispy crust, unique dressings, and friendly workers! Glad we have leftovers...looking forward to having Pyro's for lunch tomorrow!

Fresh, hot pizza, AND friendly service.My family and I have always enjoyed Pyros pizza. This location in Olive Branch is a great place to go with your family. My daughters enjoy making their pizza exactly like they want it. The snack size pizza is great option for kids. I usually get a snack size pizza and a side salad and it’s more than enough. If you download the app they have ways to earn points and get discounts.Only con I noticed was that were tables weren’t the cleanest but short staffing may have impacted that.We’ll definitely be dinning in again.

I usually do not like working negative reviews but my mom and I had one of the worst restaurant experiences we have had in a while. I really don’t even know how to put what happened into words. Thankfully, no one was rude but that was the least of the issues. We got into line and ordered straight off the menu. We asked the woman getting the dough to make it to-go. When I ordered the sour pizza, none of the employees knew how to make it. I had to go take a picture of the menu and read it to them. The last employee at then end asked me again what I wanted on it. I said roasted garlic and red potatoes. He pointed to olives, peepers, and onions and finally got to the potatoes. He then scooped 2 hand fulls of garlic on my pizza. We waited and the pizza came out as dine in so we had to put out pizzas in boxes. My mom ordered a Hawaiian pizza and honey hot salad. They also did not know how to make either of those. She had to go back and take a picture of the menu as well. I am not trying to complain too much but we left the restaurant in shock as to how untrained everyone in there was. There was so much garlic on my pizza that it was inedible and I had to throw it away. The restaurant was also pretty gross. Dirty tables, sticky floors and counters, and the bathrooms were a mess. I hope it will be better next time.
