Beware of how they're handling your orders... The young lady was handling garbage while handling orders. Hands were wet and nasty. The trash can is usually full each time I drive at the window. Curious to know how clean it is inside if the can is always overflowing.

It's sad how long it takes to receive a drive-thru order at this location! I sat in the drive thru line for at least 15 minutes with one other car before pulling around to just walk-in. There were 4 employees in the store and when I asked about my order, figuring it had been prepared, I was told, " oh we thought you left." I simply said don't worry about it and left. The Olive Branch location isuch, much, better!

Pulled in at 7:04, and they don't close til 7:30. The two workers are sitting at the patio outside, and lights and everything are on inside. I sat at speaker for probably 3 minutes.... and nothing. pulled around and all the lights are off, and i can only assume the workers are ducked behind the counter waiting for me to leave. Absolutely pathetic.

Need a little more training on making certain smoothies. I ordered a be well veggie immune builder for the first time at this location on today and it was disgusting. I normally go to the Riverdale or Popular location and have no problems. This location either was missing ingredients or didn’t use proper measurements. An not to mention it was extremely watered down. Service was really fast maybe it was rushed and just not fixed correctly. I would’ve even allowed them to correct it but unfortunately it wasn’t even offered nor did I receive an apology. I drove to this location because I was closer and wanted to use my $1 off coupon from my app. However I ended of loosing my coupon and didn’t get my smoothie. Definitely a lack of communication, their customer service could be a little better but I did receive a refund back at my request.

This was a busy location and they moved pretty fast. This time I had a blueberry and strawberry with Greek yoqurt etc. We tried pineapple smoothie also. Different location same great service and delicious smoothies.

I attempt to come here before work and they hardly open on time. I sat at the speaker 15minutes after business suppose to open nobody came to speaker so I drove around and discovered the lights was out. This is such an inconvenience for customers.

Walked up to the counter, because the drive thru was wrapped around the building. Tell me why the ENTIRE drive thru got their smoothies before me??? Then to make matters worse the smoothie tasted sooo bad I had to return to get a refund! #wontbeback

This is my go to place when I'm at work. I'm usually here 2-3 times a week. Quick and easy and always good. The women are always nice and have recommended changes to my smoothie that made it even better. Love it here.

Horrible service, first of all I was standing at the window for 5 minutes in the heat before anyone came to ask me for my order. Than the half blond/brown hair girl came outside looked at me and started talking to someone in a car. Like this the 2nd time these little girls been disrespectful in some type of way. I definitely won't be coming back here, I see me dragging one of them out of there.

Smoothies are really good, however it seems they take cash only more than they accept card.
Usually the Smoothies are Perfect, but Everytime I get them late in the evening they don't taste the same. Ordered a high intensity workout choc. cinnamon yesterday, it tasted like coco, cinnamon & water. My Son Added banana, peanut butter & protein powder at home just so he could drink it . I ordered a Pineapple recharge and all I tasted was banana, I get these all the time.I paid too much to get home & add things to make them drinkable. This is the second time this has happened.

This location is not pet friendly. They refused me a small cup of tap water for my dog although I bought a 32 oz. smoothie. The young lady gave me a spill about how I had to buy a bottle of water which was not a problem but they couldn’t give me a cup. I travel around the country with my little dog & there’s never a problem over something so simple.

Went through the drive-thru one weekday afternoon. My order was taken pretty quickly and I didn't have to wait long for my bowl and smoothie. I decided to try one of the new smoothie bowls they have and I, of course, got my favorite smoothie as well. The Strawberry Hulk smoothie is like my go-to, HOWEVER!! I tried the Go-Go-Goji Crunch smoothie bowl and yeahhhhh it's a new favorite! Açaí base topped with strawberries, blueberries and goji berries. Granola and honey drizzled on top! It was really good and as soon as I finished it, I wanted to go back and order another one lol. I can't wait to get back to order it again and maybe try some of the other bowls.

Horrible experience ordered from here 1st time and they got my order mixed up and when I called them they told me there was nothing they could do about it they wouldn’t exchange them or anything very rude I ordered milk, chocolate cashews, and they sent me dark chocolate ones.

This is one of the best smoothies I've had in a very long time!I ordered one with just strawberries and sugar and asked them to make it very thick, and they did just that! It's absolutely delicious! It tastes so fresh!
