The person that took my order was so rude and disrespectful and he was yelling at me while I was ordering my food, if you don’t like your job just leave.. this was on March 28th, 2024 around 9:40 pm. ?

How this location has a 4.0 is wild to me. I don’t understand how if I live literally 6 mins from the store how is my food lukewarm to damn near cold. Spent $35 dollars on 4 meals that all were trash. The food wasn’t even fit for a dog to eat. I even tried to call the store and there is just a prompt from a full voicemail, can’t even leave a message. The voicemail box is probably full of people calling to say how the food is just cold and nasty. All I’m saying is if you want all your money for the food, just make sure it’s prepared properly AND IS FRESH. Geeesh I didn’t have $35 dollars to waste like that.

did a mobile order around 7p, on my way home..Oreo and Peanut Butter Shake, that's it.maybe my car and 3 other cars there so I'm not thinking my one shake would be an issue.get home, about halfway thru my shake it hits me that I haven't had to fight a piece of cookie thru my straw...I start stirring up my shake, not one cookie was mixed in.

The staff need to pay more attention to the order screen, every time I get food from Sonic it's not right. I don't eat cheese on my burger and tell the person taking my order no cheese. And guess what cheese was on my burger. Pay attention people!

The location on hacks cross in Olive Branch is always so quick and I'm happy that they are because I only get 45 minutes for my break. No matter who brings me my food they are always so polite and I don't feel rushed either . Great customer service !!

Order peppercorn sandwich with onion rings will not return to the one in the industrial park both order was bad still don't know what the sauce taste like both time bread to hard a drip or sauce bacon old onion ring hard next order onion rings
Food was fresh, I ordered the Buffalo Bites and Jalapeno peppers with a Tropical Cream slush.The Special drink I ordered seem as if it was an afterthought. Service was blah, but ok. It seemed as if no one wanted to work. Again food was hot and fresh.

Almost a $50 dollar order shoved in a single bag but missing the most expensive item. Super Sonic double nothing cheeseburger. Maybe if they hadn’t piled 4 corn dogs, a grilled cheese, 3 orders of tots, 2 orders of cheese sticks, and a fist full of condiments, napkins, and straws I would’ve been able to notice before driving 30 minutes home.

Been going here for years. It's fairly descent. It's irritating when I order ahead on the app and its only drinks. I get there and there are maybe 10 cars there total and it takes like 10 minutes to get my drinks. It's not from lack of staff or lots of orders, just employees taking their sweet time. There is a reason I ordered ahead. The one on Goodman in OB is faster. They can have a full lot and drinks come out in 2 or 3 minutes.
